というものである。 For example, a generally known continuous anode casting apparatus has a rotary casting plate 1, as shown in FIG.
A plurality of molds 2 are provided along the circumferential direction on the upper surface, and as shown in FIG. A lifting rod 4 is inserted so as to be able to protrude upward, and the rotary casting machine 1 is rotated as shown by arrow A in Fig. 1 to pour molten metal at a point, which cools and solidifies the cast product (anode) during rotation. The anode is taken up by a take-up machine 5 at a point, and this operation is carried out continuously as the rotary casting plate 1 rotates to produce an anode.

If a foreign object gets caught between the hole opening 3a and the push-up rod 4, the hole opening 3a may not be completely blocked, and molten metal may enter there, making it impossible to perform normal casting. .

In addition, a gap is created between the mold 2 and the push-up rod 4. Therefore, if pouring is continued in this state, molten metal will enter the gap and the bottom of the cast product will become deformed, making it impossible to perform normal casting. .

間Hを通して下方に落とすことになる。 Therefore, the push-up rod 4 is usually pulled out as shown in FIG. 5 at the point just before it descends (see FIG. 1), and the area around the hole 3a is cleaned to remove foreign matter. I am doing it. However, due to space limitations and labor issues, it is difficult to completely pull out the push-up rod 4 from the hole 3, so cleaning must be done after it is pulled up halfway, as shown in Figure 5. I don't get it. Therefore, most of the small foreign objects fall down through the gap H between the wall of the hole 3 and the push-up rod 4.

By slidingly contacting the wall surface of the hole 3, the body portion 4b is guided when it is projected, and the dimensions of the body portion 4b that performs the guiding action are such that it comes into sliding contact with the wall surface of the hole 3. ing.

に手間や時間がかかるという問題があつた。 Therefore, in the case of a conventional push-up bar whose dimensions up to the leg at the lower end are all the same as that of the body section 4b that performs the guide function, it is necessary to pull it slightly upward and push it as shown in FIG. Even when trying to remove foreign objects from the gap H between the lifting rod 4 and the hole 3, since the gap H is relatively small, the problem is that the foreign objects are difficult to fall off and the work is laborious and time consuming.

If it is pulled up even slightly, a gap H' larger than the conventional one is created between the leg portion 14c and the wall surface of the hole 3 via the stepped portion 14d. Therefore, foreign objects can be easily dropped through this gap H′.
This has the effect of reducing the effort and time required for cleaning work.
