Slide fasteners generally have a large number of fasteners attached in a row along the inner edge of a pair of elongated tapes.
It has a structure in which the interlocking teeth of both tapes engage or disengage with each other by sliding a slider, and are used in a wide variety of applications such as clothing, bags, sports equipment, and household items.

However, in conventional slide fasteners, left and right fitting teeth are brought close to each other on the same plane by the guidance of a slider, and are engaged with each other to connect them. Therefore, when a force is applied to the tape to which the two-way teeth are attached in a direction that causes them to separate from each other, the bond easily breaks off with a relatively small force, and once the two-way teeth are separated, it is extremely difficult to return to the original state. Therefore, there was a serious problem in that it became impossible to use the material itself, such as clothing, using this fastener. In order to solve this problem, if the interlocking teeth are connected in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which external force is applied when the interlocking teeth are connected, the interlocking teeth will not come out of engagement and an extremely strong bond can be maintained. However, in this case, it is necessary to first overlap the tapes with the interlocking teeth attached to their edges one above the other, and then to connect them from the top and bottom. If this is done, the tape will be shifted in the vertical direction just before the slider.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by arranging fastening teeth in a row on the inner edges of a pair of tapes facing each other on the left and right, and forming a projection on the upper or lower surface of each tape that meshes with the opposing fastening teeth. A pair of inlet ports are provided at one end edge of the slider, which is provided with an edge and a fitting groove for the protruding edge, and which connects and detaches the teeth at a certain angle, and receives the left and right connecting teeth at a certain angle, respectively, at a certain angle. By opening parallel openings at the other end and leading out the left and right rows of interlocking teeth, which are joined from above and below and connected to each other, to the outside, the exit opening is opened at the other end. This device is characterized in that the pair of attached tapes can receive the interlocking teeth and can be connected or separated without causing any vertical shift. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

Figures 2A to 2D show the order in which the fasteners are joined. In other words, in A of the same figure, first the left and right tapes 2A and 2B kept on the same plane are held horizontally, and then as shown in B of the same figure, while keeping both tapes 1A and 1B horizontal, Teeth 2A, 2
Only the hooks B are tilted at a certain angle in the same direction, and then, as shown in C, the hook teeth 2A and 2B are moved in parallel to the position where they overlap vertically to bring them closer to each other, and then as shown in D, one hook tooth 2A is Press the protrusions 3A and 3B of the two interlocking teeth 2A and 2B into the fitting grooves 4A and 4B by applying vertical force to each other so that the protruding edges of the other interlocking teeth 2B fit into the fitting grooves, This is returned to the horizontal position to complete the meshing of the dual teeth 2A and 2B. When connecting the fasteners, the slider guides the fasteners to connect the fasteners 2A,
Each of the tapes 1A and 1B to which the tapes 2B are attached is bent within the inclined horizontal guiding portion 11A, and the interval between the interlocking teeth in each row is widened. Therefore, fitting between the interlocking teeth is easily performed, and the vertical guide portions 11B are linear, so that
The connected interlocking teeth come into close contact with each other, and the frictional force between them prevents them from escaping in the vertical direction.

The figure shows an example in which the introduction port 9B is located at the top, the introduction port 9A is located at the bottom, and the openings are opened in parallel to each other at a certain angle in the same direction. Upper and lower plates 8
An outlet 10 is opened between A and 8B on the opposite side to the inlets 9A and 9B, and a row of dual teeth 2A and 2B is guided between both the inlets 9A and 9B and the outlet 10. 11 is formed. The taxiway 11
consists of an inclined horizontal guide section 11A that continues to each of the introduction ports 9A and 9B, and a vertical guide section 11B that merges these sections, and the inclined horizontal guide section 11A gradually extends from the introduction ports 9A and 9B side along the longitudinal direction. It is formed by reducing the left and right widths. Further, the vertical guide portion 11B is formed by gradually narrowing the vertical distance between the upper and lower plates 8A, 8B following the inclined guide portion 11A.

are fitted together. Therefore, Ryomugi 2
When the hook 13 is pulled in the direction of joining A and 2B, the teeth 2A and 2B facing each other on the same plane as shown in FIG. It is received in an inclined position, and while it passes through the guideway 11, the two-way teeth 2A and 2B are moved closer to each other by the inclined horizontal guiding part 11A as shown in C, and pressure is applied from above and below from the vertical guiding part 11B. When it is sent out from the outlet 10 opened on the opposite side, as shown in D, both sides 2A,
2B are delivered tightly coupled to each other. Furthermore, when the hooks 13 are pulled in the opposite direction to remove the connected fasteners 2A and 2B, a force is applied to the tapes 1A and 1B to separate them vertically due to the movement of the slider 5, and the distance between the fasteners in each row is opens, and due to the vertical force received from each tape 1A, 1B and the separating rod in the guideway 11, the protrusion is removed from the fitting groove of each mating tooth, and the two mating teeth 2A, 2B are separated vertically. , furthermore, the inclined horizontal guide portion 11A and the separation rod 7

The shape of the fastening teeth to which the present invention can be applied is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the shape of the groove into which the projecting edges of each working tooth and the opposing projecting edges of the facing fastening teeth are press-fitted can be freely set. In short, any shape may be used as long as it has a structure that allows connection preferably from a direction perpendicular to the direction in which it acts on the tape.

In the present invention, the direction of tension applied to the fasteners connected as described above is different from the direction of engagement of the interlocking teeth, and both directions are made perpendicular to each other, so that when the fasteners are connected, the tensile force in the direction of separating both tapes is increased. Even in the event of interference, the meshing of each tooth will not come loose and a strong connection will be possible. In addition, the slider guides the rows of the interlocking teeth, and the sliding of the slider allows only the interlocking teeth to approach each other in a posture tilted at a certain angle from their bases relative to the tape to join or, conversely, to separate. When connecting or detaching the two-way teeth by movement, the left and right tapes attached near the slider do not shift vertically, and the tape can be used in the same manner as the conventional fastener using a flat connection. It is possible to connect and detach the interlocking teeth while keeping them on the same plane.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the scope of use of fasteners, which were conventionally limited to opening and closing mechanisms that require relatively small forces such as clothing and bags, can be greatly expanded, and can also be used to connect industrial products. Similarly, when applied to clothing, bags, etc., a fastener with high binding strength and excellent durability can be obtained without causing any inconvenience.
