本発明は木質感を損うことなしに、合成樹脂の
含浸を均一に行い、謂ゆる合成樹脂の含浸ムラを
無くすることの出来る合成樹脂含浸木質単板貼り

た。尚脱脂処理液は高温の煮沸乃至それに近い状
態にしておかなければ木質単板の内部に含まれて
いる樹脂分を充分に除去することは出来なく、そ
の結果、合成樹脂を含浸せしめる際に、謂ゆる含

解決する目的でなされた画期的且つ新規な技術で

本発明は米松材、米栂材等の針葉樹原木を角材
状に製材してフリツチを作成したのち、該フリツ
チをスライス切削して厚み0.2mm乃至1.0mmの木質

至8時間脱脂処理を行い、木質単板の内部に含ま
れている種々の樹脂分を溶抽出除去する。この際
に脱脂処理溶液が高温である為に木質単板は黒暗
色に変色している。次いで脱脂処理を行なつた該
木質単板を、過酸化水素溶液、次亜塩素酸水溶液
等の2%乃至3%のwt濃度で、初期PHが9乃至
10(望ましくは9.3乃至9.4)のもので40℃乃至60
℃に加温された漂白溶液中に浸漬し、1時間乃至
3時間漂白処理を施す。この際に脱脂処理時に黒
暗色に変色した木質単板は、元の色彩に略戻る。
次いでポリエステル樹脂、ポリアクリル樹脂等の
熱硬化性の合成樹脂溶液中に浸漬して、木質単板
の内部に該合成樹脂を充分含浸する。尚この際に
木質単板内部には種々の樹脂分はほとんど存在し
ていないので合成樹脂は略均一に含浸される。次
いで該合成樹脂を含浸せしめた木質単板を合板、
チツプボード、パーチクルボード等の基板上に載
置するとともに熱プレスでもつて熱圧締し、木質
単板中に含浸した合成樹脂を硬化せしめるととも
に、木質単板を基板上に貼着する。この際に必要
に応じて木質単板と基板との間に接着剤を介在せ

法は上記の如く構成されており、本発明の製法に
よれば、高温の脱脂処理溶液中で木質単板に含有
されている樹脂分はほぼ除去され、次いで脱脂処
理中に生じる木質単板の焼げ現象は漂白処理液中
に木質単板を浸漬することによつて解消されると
ともに、木目も明確に浮き出てくる。このような
処理過程を経た木質単板を合成樹脂溶中に浸漬
し、減圧下、若しくは加圧下に置くことによつ
て、合成樹脂は樹脂分を除去した後の木質単板の
内部に充分に含浸し、木質感を損うことなしに略
