吸盤が前記昇降台上と前記製品搬出コンベア上と
の間を、前記匣鉢移送吸盤が前記昇降台上と前記
匣鉢搬出コンベア上との間を夫々往復運動して、
前記昇降台上に重畳された匣鉢の最上段から順次
に前記製品移送吸盤で製品を吸着して前記製品搬
出コンベアへ移送し、製品が取り出された空匣鉢
を前記匣鉢移送吸盤で吸着して前記匣鉢搬出コン
ベアへ移送し、前記昇降台上に重畳された最上段
の匣鉢は該昇降台の上昇により一定高さに保たれ
るようにした陶磁製品の匣鉢出し装置において、
前記昇降台の両側にその中心方向への接近と離間
を対称的にくり返す一対の支持体を設け、該各支
持体に、匣鉢との距離を異にする上下一対の接触
面を設けた押圧体を、一方の前記支持体では、匣
鉢との距離が近い方の前記接触面を前記昇降台上
に重畳された最上段の匣鉢に、匣鉢との距離が遠
い方の前記接触面を最上段から2番目の匣鉢に対
応させ、他方の前記支持体では、匣鉢との距離が
遠い方の前記接触面を前記最上段の匣鉢に、匣鉢
との距離が近い方の前記接触面を前記2番目の匣
鉢に対応させて、夫々2個ずつ間隔をおいて装着
し、前記両支持体の接近により両側の前記押圧体
の下方の接触面で前記2番目の匣鉢を挾持し、か
つ、上方の接触面で前記最上段の匣鉢を押圧し、
該最上段の匣鉢をせん断力により前記2番目の匣
鉢から分離し、かつ、所定の位置に位置決めし
て、前記製品移送吸盤及び前記匣鉢移送吸盤で前
記最上段の匣鉢内に収容された製品及び該最上段
の匣鉢を順次に移送する構成としたことを要旨と
するものであつて、最上段の匣鉢を互いに溶着し
た2番目の匣鉢から強制的に分離するようにした
から、空匣鉢を一枚ずつ確実に移送することがで
き、しかも、これと同時に最上段の匣鉢の位置決
めを行なうようにしたから、空匣鉢を匣鉢搬出コ
ンベア上に中心を揃えて重畳することができて、
搬出途中で傾倒するおそれがなく、作業者による
監視が不要となつて、完全な自動化を達成し得る

隔をおいて装着し、前記移動部材の往復運動によ
り前記製品移送吸盤が前記昇降台上と前記製品搬
出コンベア上との間を、前記匣鉢移送吸盤が前記
昇降台上と前記匣鉢搬出コンベア上との間を夫々
往復運動して、前記昇降台上に重畳された匣鉢の
最上段から順次に前記製品移送吸盤で製品を吸着
して前記製品搬出コンベアへ移送し、製品が取り
出された空匣鉢を前記匣鉢移送吸盤で吸着して前
記匣鉢搬出コンベアへ移送し、前記昇降台上に重
畳された最上段の匣鉢は該昇降台の上昇により一
定高さに保たれるようにした陶磁製品の匣鉢出し
装置において、 前記昇降台の両側にその中心方向への接近と離
間を対称的にくり返す一対の支持体を設け、該各
支持体に、匣鉢との距離を異にする上下一対の接
