カムによる移動を可能としたことを特徴とする硬
貨処理機のレバー等安全装置。 2 種々の硬貨処理用部材を硬貨に接触する方向
に移動させるためにモータにより回転されるカム
軸に各硬貨処理用部材に対応して設けられた回転
カム群と、これら回転カム群中の1つの回転カム
に当接するカムフオロワが取付けられ回転カムの
回転時に前記カムフオロワを通じて位置固定の支
点軸を中心に揺動され、この揺動に基づきその回
転カムに対応する硬貨処理用部材を硬貨に接触す
る方向へ移動させるレバーとを有する硬貨処理機
において、前記カムフオロワが取付けられた前記
回転カムにより作動される駆動側レバー部とこの
駆動側レバー部に従動する被動側レバー部とに分
割した構成とされ、支点軸を中心に揺動されるレ
バーと、前記駆動側レバー部と被動側レバー部と
を折曲可能に枢着する枢支ピンと、前記回転カム
により硬貨に接触する方向に移動中の硬貨処理用
部材が硬貨に接触して停止した場合においても回
転カムによる駆動側レバー部の移動が可能となる
方向へ前記枢支ピンを中心に両レバー部を折曲自
在とするとともに反折曲方向へは所定位置で規制
するため両レバー部に形成されたストツパ部と、
硬貨に影響されずに硬貨処理用部材が移動される
とき両レバー部の各ストツパ部を当接状態に維持
し、前記回転カムにより両レバー部を一体的に支
点軸を中心に揺動させるスプリングと、前記駆動
側レバー部または被動側レバー部のいずれか一方
に設けられ、両レバー部間の折れ曲りを検知して
前記モータを停止させるスイツチと、同他方に設
けられ、両レバー部間の折れ曲り時に前記スイツ
チを切換えるスイツチ作動部とを具備してなり、
硬貨に影響されずに硬貨処理用部材が揺動される
ときは前記スプリングにより両レバー部の各スト
ツパ部を当接状態に保持し、その保持を通じて回
転カムにより両レバー部を一体的に支点軸を中心
に揺動させて硬貨処理用部材を移動させ、硬貨処
理用部材が硬貨に接触して停止したときはスプリ
ングによる付勢に抗して両レバー部のストツパ部
が離反する方向へ前記枢支ピンを中心に両レバー
部が折れ曲り、この折れ曲りを通じて硬貨処理用
部材により移動が停止される被動側レバー部に対
し駆動側レバー部の回転カムによる移動を可能と
し、この折れ曲り時に前記スイツチが作動してモ
ータを停止させ、カム軸の回転を停止するように
したことを特徴とする硬貨処理機のレバー等安全
