In this conveyor line, the direction of the cage bars and the direction of the horizontal transition part of the line were at right angles. For this reason, the screen needs to be supported within the support frame, requiring countless support frames, and when updating and replacing the screen, a lot of effort is required to replace the screen within the support frame, making it difficult to simplify the equipment. Without a support frame, it was difficult to alternately attach seaweed to both the front and back sides of the screen.

造法によつて構成されるものである。"Procedures for Solving Problems" The present invention has a nori cage support frame installed on an endless circulation chain that rotates from the inlet to the back of the nori dryer, and a nori trap is installed at the inlet. In an automatic seaweed manufacturing apparatus having a supply section and a take-out section, and a conveyor line extending from the take-out section to the supply section, a seaweed peeling process, a seaweed cutting process, and a seaweed dewatering process, the lower horizontal transition section of the conveyor line is provided. From there, move the cage to the upper horizontal transition part using a horizontal cage elevator without inverting it, and align the direction of the cage with the horizontal transition direction of the same line, so that the surface of the cage faces upward in the nori cutting process. Continuous production of seaweed, characterized in that seaweed is made into paper sheets, passed through the dryer, and peeled off with the surface facing downward in the seaweed peeling step, thereby making sheets of seaweed alternately on the front and back of the cage. It is constituted by law.

Fresh seaweed is fed into the paper frame, fresh seaweed is deposited on the same surface, and dehydrated in a dehydrator. The seaweed is placed in the seaweed dryer from the seaweed paper feed section and moves upwards from the entrance to the inner part. The dried seaweed is then turned over at the back and hangs downward until it reaches the take-out section, and when it is transferred to the conveyor line, the surface (the surface on which the seaweed is collected) is facing downwards. The dried seaweed is transferred to the line, and in that state, the dried seaweed is peeled off by a seaweed peeling machine, separated below the conveyor line, and unloaded onto the carry-out conveyor. After the seaweed has been peeled off, the screen is lifted up by the elevator without being turned over and placed on the upper horizontal transition section of the conveyor line. In this state, the surface of the screen is facing down and the back side is facing upward, so it is placed directly below the nori shaving machine. As described above, raw seaweed is deposited on the back side facing upward, and then dehydrated in a dehydrator and fed to the supply section at the entrance of the dryer. This operation is repeated. At the vertical horizontal transition part of the conveyor line, the direction of the bamboo bars is the same as the transfer direction, so in the transition state, the bamboo bars are held horizontally and do not loosen, and the strips stand upright even in the nori dryer, so the bamboo support frame There is no need to use the screen, and the screen can be migrated by itself.

動作が繰返されるものである。"Example" A direction changing roller 4 of an intermittent rotating endless chain 3 is provided at the inlet 2 of the seaweed dryer 1, and the nori cage support frame 5 is stopped in a horizontal position at the roller 4 section, and the cage clip is closed at that position. A device 6 is provided to form a seaweed paper storage tank supply section e. At the upper horizontal transition part of the chain 3, the frame 5 is stood upright and moved intermittently in the direction of arrow a. This chain 3 is inverted at the back of the seaweed dryer 1, hangs downward, moves intermittently in the direction of arrow b at the lower horizontal transition part, changes direction from the guide roller 7 toward the roller 4, and opens. Section 8 is formed.
The opening 8 is provided with a cage clip opening device 9 to form a take-out portion 5, and a separating cage lower end clip 1 is provided at the bottom.
0, and the clip 10 is connected to the roller conveyor 11.
The seaweed is transferred to the conveyor 11 with the surface of the screen 12 facing downward. The seaweed 14 on the lower surface of this cage 12 is separated by a seaweed peeling machine 13, and the separated seaweed 14 is pinched by pinch rollers 16, 16 by a guide plate 15 and sent to a carry-out conveyor 17 below. The cage 12 is placed on the roller conveyor 11 by the lifting rod 18 and moved to the left in FIG. The direction of the bars 12' of the screen 12 is arranged to match the horizontal movement direction of the conveyor 11.
Then, they are each placed on an elevator 19 and raised, and are pushed out in the direction of arrow c by an extrusion device 20 onto an upper horizontal roller conveyor 11.
The front and back sides are never reversed. That is, the front surface of the screen 12 is facing downward and the back surface is facing upward until it reaches a position directly below the nori shaving machine 21 on the intermittent chain conveyors 23, 23, and stops, and fresh seaweed 14 is shredded on the back surface in a conventional manner.
It is further moved and dehydrated by sponge dehydrators 22, 22, and a conveyor line 1 is formed by the roller conveyor 11 and chain conveyors 23, 23. After the above dehydration, the nori cage support frame 5 is in a horizontal position.
The operation of being fed upward, being clipped, and moving intermittently in the direction of arrow a through the upper horizontal transition section of the dryer 1 is repeated.

ができる。"Effects" Since the present invention is configured as described above, there is no need to support the cage with a support frame for multiple sheets on the conveyor line of the fully automatic nori manufacturing apparatus, and multiple sheets can be lined up one by one in the direction perpendicular to the same line. Not only can the apparatus be simplified without requiring any support frame, but also the nori 14 can be alternately deposited on the front and back sides of the screen 12.
It is possible to increase the number of useful lives of 12 and use the birth 12 efficiently.
