This device is configured to press the sheet-like material while pulling it backwards, thereby preventing the occurrence of wrinkles, etc. Since it is configured to rotate at a slightly slower speed than the lower pressing roll, It required complicated equipment.

The veneer 3 is bonded by induction pressure to the surface of the advancing veneer 3. That is, the tape 2 is pulled by the veneer 3 and is bonded to the veneer 3 under tension, so that the veneer after adhesion becomes arcuate as shown in FIG. When such veneers are cut to a certain length and stacked, it is difficult to stack them in an orderly manner.
The amount that can be deposited is also less than when depositing a flat veneer. In addition, the adhesion of the adhesive material under tension is poor; for example, when a thread 6 coated with molten hot melt is used instead of tape, the glued thread will curl up as shown in Figure 3. Therefore, the adhesive area is small and the adhesive strength is weak.

The circumferential surface of the tapered roll 5 on the smaller diameter side is larger than the circumferential surface of the roll 4 on the larger diameter side.
The circumferential surface of the tapered roll 5 on the roll 4 side is arranged so as to be slightly inclined with respect to the circumferential surface of the roll 4 so that the tapered roll 5 approaches the circumferential surface of the roll 4. Further, a thread 6 to which molten hot melt is attached is attached to an arbitrary part on the larger diameter side of the tapered roll 5.
The distance l 1 between the tapered roll 5 and the roll 4 at the part where the yarn 6 is waiting is set to approximately the same value as the thickness of the veneer to be bonded.

の表面に接着されるのである。 When the veneer 7 is conveyed on the roll 4 and sandwiched between the veneer 7 and the tapered roll 5, the tapered roll 5 is rotated by the frictional force from the veneer 7. At this time, since the smaller diameter side of the tapered roll 5 is closer to the surface of the roll 4, the frictional force generated between it and the veneer 7 is greater than the larger diameter side of the tapered roll 5. The peripheral speed of the tapered roll 5 on the smaller side becomes the same as the advancing speed of the veneer 7. Therefore, the circumferential speed of the tapered roll 5 in the part where the yarn 6 is kept on standby is naturally higher than the advancing speed of the veneer 7, and the yarn 6 is supplied in an amount longer than the passing length of the veneer and receives tension from the veneer 7. テープにおいても同様な効果がある。 Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the bonded thread 6 has a wide bonding area and strong bonding force when it is spread out.
A similar effect can be achieved with tape.

のである。 In other words, since the front and back surfaces of the veneer are uneven, tension is applied, and the tape is bonded to the uneven surface of the veneer, so the bonding area is wider and the adhesive strength is stronger than if the tape was bonded only to the convex surface. In addition, the veneers after bonding are not arc-shaped but flat, so when such bonded veneers are cut into pieces of a certain length and piled up, it is possible to pile them up in an orderly manner, and it is possible to stack them in an orderly manner. It is possible to stack more veneers than would otherwise be possible, and the number of times the stacked veneers are taken out can be reduced, reducing loss time.

る。 This makes it easier to insert the veneer into the coating roll of the spretzer, which is one of the adhesion processes that follow from the planing process at a plywood factory. In other words, when inserting a veneer into the upper and lower application rolls, there is almost no gap between the upper and lower application rolls, so there is no need to hold the veneer while inserting it, and there is no need to insert it diagonally, making it easy to handle the veneer. It also becomes easier.
