For gauze upholstery, scraps of cloth are arranged in a grid pattern around the frame.
(Arrangement includes temporarily fixing the edge lines in a grid pattern to the frame in tension.) A box-shaped blank part is formed by each edge line of the edge cut cloth arranged in a grid pattern. If necessary, tension wire, such as piano wire or fishing line, may be added to the end line to make it highly taut.

間体のある金属版の枠張り方法である。 Next, the edge cut fabric is pulled against the metal plate of the box-shaped joint on both the X and Y axes (pulling refers to pulling the gauze cloth together using a pneumatic gauze tensioner and joining it to the frame). This is a method of framing a metal plate with an intermediate body, which is characterized by joining together with the edge cut cloth and the frame that is in contact with it, or the overlapping parts of the cloth.

To print on mimeographed drawings or photographic paper, it is common to cut out a window in a separate piece of paper and paste the surrounding area to print, and an extension of this technique is This method is the same as the conventional method used today, in which a piece of gauze is stretched over a frame, the periphery of a metal plate is joined to the center of the gauze, and a window is cut out in the center of the gauze for printing.

A metal plate 5 is brought into contact with the vicinity of the center 4, and the periphery 6 of the metal plate 5 is bonded to the gauze cloth 2 with an adhesive 7, and a window is cut out.

It is a plate-like material made of Tetron gauze, and the gauze 8 is bound together with the printing plate part 9 using plating, and printing pattern holes 11 are formed in the printing plate by the etching plate-making method. (See Figure 2) Printing plates are used for printing by fixing a metal plate to a frame, or by stretching a frame of gauze cloth as an intermediate and bonding windows to the gauze cloth. The best possible tension is required, and by maintaining this tension, smooth movement of the squeegee 14 can be obtained.

The tension distribution of this gauze is weak at the center 4 for the following reason: the warp and weft threads, which are pulled in all directions, become intertwined and pull each other's legs, and as they move toward the center 4, they are worn out.

る。 The disadvantage of the previously mentioned conventional single-piece gauze cloth with a window made and a metal plate bonded to it is that at the end of the squeegee action, the edge of the window-punched gauze cloth is on the upper side of the metal plate. It is impossible to change the position of this part to the lower side by opening a window in one piece of gauze, and the final gauze end joint on the upper side protrudes and there is a risk of collision with the squeegee.
