【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動接続形水中ブロワーの改良に関す
るものである。

はブロワー側は吸・吐管先端のフランジを下向開
口状となし、陸上側に固定した吸・吐管先端の上
向き開口のフランジにより支承するとともに、ブ
ロワー組立体は水槽側に設けたガイド装置との係
合により昇降時の案内を行わせていた。したがつ
て、前記フランジ衝合部間には緩衝材を介在させ
ても、振動発生源となるブロワー本体がガイド装
置を経て水槽壁と連結された形となつているた
め、ブロワーの発生する振動や騒音は総て水槽壁
に伝播されるものである。

としたため、全体構成としては若干複雑となつて

による振動無伝達位置に設けることが可能で、極
めて安価に公害のない自動接続形水中ブロワー装
置を得られるものである。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 ブロワー組立体および吸・吐配管の一部を水
没せしめるものにおいて、陸上に並置固定した吸
入・吐出配管の自動接続側先端を水槽上に適宜長
さ突出して先端に接続用フランジを固定し、これ
とは別にブロワー組立体と連結した吸入・吐出管
は垂直部途中に引張方向に対し有効な緩衝材を付
加した防振接手を介し、上端を前記陸上側配管と
同間隔の並列状となるごとく水平に屈曲して先端
に接続用フランジを固定し、該ブロワー側フラン
ジは上方より外方に向つてそれぞれ係止爪を突設
して、陸上側接続フランジとの係合により両配管
接続状態においてブロワー組立体を保持可能とし
たことを特徴とする、自動接続形水中ブロワー。 2 前記陸上側接続用フランジは端面を若干上向
き傾斜状とし、ブロワー側接続用フランジは前記
陸上側と同角度の下向き傾斜状とした、特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の自動接続形水中ブロワー。 3 前記ブロワー側接続フランジは、吸入・吐出
側の双方を適宜連結材により連結して吊持可能と
した、特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項記載の
自動接続形水中ブロワー。 4 ブロワー組立体および吸・吐配管の一部を水
没せしめるものにおいて、陸上に並置固定した吸
入・吐出配管の自動接続側先端を水槽上に適宜長
さ突出して先端に接続用フランジを固定し、これ
とは別にブロワー組立体と連結した吸入・吐出管
は垂直部途中に引張方向に対し有効な緩衝材を付
加した防振接手を介し、上端を前記陸上側配管と
同間隔の並列状となるごとく水平に屈曲して先端
に接続用フランジを固定し、該ブロワー側フラン
ジは上方より外方に向つてそれぞれ係止爪を突設
して、陸上側接続フランジとの係合により両配管
接続状態においてブロワー組立体を保持可能と
し、さらに陸上側両配管中間または両外側部に適
宜間隔・長さをもつて2本のガイド棒を立設する
とともに、該両ガイド棒と係合してブロワー組立
体昇降時の案内を行い得るごとく前記防振接手よ
り上方のブロワー側配管部より適宜腕金具を突設
したことを特徴とする、自動接続形水中ブロワ
ー。 5 前記陸上側接続用フランジは端面を若干上向
き傾斜状とし、ブロワー側接続用フランジは前記
陸上側と同角度の下向き傾斜状とした、特許請求
の範囲第4項記載の自動接続形水中ブロワー。 6 前記防振接手より上方のブロワー側配管は、
接続用フランジおよび配管垂直部を適宜連結材に
より連結して吊持可能とした。特許請求の範囲第
4項または第5項記載の自動接続形水中ブロワ
ー。
