込み操作を行うと、2番目のボルトによるリツプ
変形量δは曲線、その両隣りの第1番目、およ
び第3番目のボルトによるリツプの変形量δは

前述のような従来例による欠点を取除くため第
3図のような可動リツプ5にU字形又はそれに類
似した形状の溝6を設け、ボルトとボルトの間に

る。このようにするとリツプの変形特性は第4図
のようになり、操作したボルトに対し遠い部分、
(図中5,6,7および8部分)には影響が出

置の測定機能を得るようにしたTダイを提供する
ことであり、更に詳しく本発明のTダイについて
説明すると、ダイスリツト間隙の巾方向にほゞ等
間隔に複数個設けたダイボルトを押引きし、この
ダイボルト接触点のリツプの一部にU字形状又は
これに類似した形状の溝を設けて肉薄と成し、ダ
イボルト接触点相互間の剛性を低下させながらリ
ツプを変形させダイスリツト間隙を調整する合成
樹脂用Tダイにおいて前記U字形状又はこれに類
似した溝を2個所以上設けるとともに、同溝の深
さをダイスリツト間隙の巾方向における両端部よ
り内側に向つて漸減させてなる合成樹脂用Tダイ
で、前述の2個の従来装置の中間の性質を有する

巾方向における両端部より、中央である内側に向
つてその深さLが漸減しており、リツプの変形特
性は第7図のようになり、前述したような第2図
および第4図に示す2個の従来装置の中間の性質
を示し、リツプ変形プロフアイルも第8図の点線
bで示すグラフのようになり、巾方向における
両端部のみ不連続となる。しかしながらこの不連
続部分は、フイルム等の延伸時にテンタクリツプ
に摘まれる部分で、最終的にはトリミングされる

類似した形状の溝を設けて肉薄部と成し接触点相
互間の剛性を低下させながらリツプを変形させて
ダイスリツト間隙を調整する合成樹脂用Tダイに
おいて、前記U字形状又はこれに類似する溝を2
個以上設けるとともに同溝の深さをダイスリツト
間隙の巾方向における両端部より内側に向つて漸
