いる。 In recent years, honeycomb boards used for the floorboards of aircraft, the bottoms and side walls of hovercraft, etc. have a structure in which the top and bottom of a honeycomb core are covered with a surface board, respectively. Figures 1 and 2 are rigid connection methods that maintain strength so that the bending moment can be sustained when connecting at each connection end.
Conventional examples as shown in FIGS. 3, 3, and 4 are known.

2B to the connecting plate 4, and the other surface plate 2A, 2
This is a method in which the load flows as shown in Fig. 1, but in the case of Fig. 1, the top plates 2A and 2B are not reinforced at their ends, and as a result, the top plates 2A and 2B are not reinforced at their ends for the purpose of reducing weight.
Assuming that A and 2B are made as thin as possible, when driving rivets, the strength must be transmitted through the surface pressure of the surface plates 2A and 2B, which increases the number of rivets that need to be driven and increases the number of man-hours. The disadvantage is that the area must be expanded.

However, there is a disadvantage in that the area of the joint at each joint end must be increased to compensate for the poor reliability.

欠点がある。 Next, in FIGS. 2 and 3, U-shaped honeycomb edge members 5 are attached to the upper and lower surface plates 2A, 2B at the connecting ends of the two honeycomb plates 3 by adhesive or the like to strengthen them. Therefore, the drawbacks of the conventional example shown in FIG. Since the honeycomb edge material 5 and the connecting plate 4 disappear over a considerable length, the honeycomb edge material 5 and the connecting plate 4 become like a rigid frame structure, and as a result, they have to receive a moment, so it is necessary to increase the strength of these members. However, the disadvantage is that it is heavier.

Due to the heat and pressure, the leading edge of the edge material tends to bend inward, as shown in Figure 5b. Therefore, in normal rivet driving, the rivets are not sufficiently tightened and become ineffective, as shown in FIG. 5b after curing.

Although the drawbacks of the prior art examples shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 are corrected, the insert material 6 is required to have considerable rigidity, making it impossible to use a lightweight insert material 6.

The surface pressure of the studs is applied only to the more rigid surface plate,
There is a problem that no load is applied to the insert material, resulting in the same drawback as shown in FIG. 1.

This method is a combination of the conventional examples shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. A U-shaped honeycomb edge material 5 is fitted into the surface plates 2A and 2B so as to cover the honeycomb edge material 5, and the outer sides of the connection ends of the upper and lower surface plates 2A and 2B are connected. After covering the plate 4 in a sandwich-like manner, fastening members 7 such as studs passing through the connecting plate 4, the surface plates 2A and 2B, and the honeycomb edge material 5 are respectively attached to the upper and lower surfaces of the connecting plate 4, the top plates 2A and 2B, and the honeycomb edge material 5, thereby connecting the two honeycomb plates 3. The connection is made with medium strength through the connection plate 4.

Even if heat and pressure are applied during manufacturing of the honeycomb plate 3, it is possible to prevent the edge material from bending inward and the fastening member 7 becoming useless.
