【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は痩身用食品に関する。 〔従来の技術〕 サイクロデキストリンにはその分子構造上の差
異から3種の異性体が存在し、更に詳しくはα−
サイクロデキストリン、β−サイクロデキストリ
ン並びにγ−サイクロデキストリンの3種の異性
体が存在する。これ等サイクロデキストリンは古
くから食品用の素材として使用されて来ており、
特にβ−サイクロデキストリンはその包接作用に
基づく各種の用途、たとえば味覚改良材や粉末ア
ルコール等に利用されている。しかしながらこの
β−サイクロデキストリンは消化性物質で人体の
小腸から吸収されるために栄養過多となる傾向が
あり、痩身用食品の素材としては極めて不向きな
ものである。 而して最近サイクロデキストリンの1種たるγ
−サイクロデキストリンは人の消化酵素によつて
は消化され難い性質を有することが見出され、痩
身用食品の素材として使用出来る可能性のあるこ
とが発表された。そして引き続きこのα−サイク
ロデキストリンが消化器官内にて特異選択的に遊
離脂肪酸を吸着し排泄する作用を有することも見
出されるに至つた。 一方γ−リノレン酸は脂肪代謝作用を有する物
質として古くから良く知られており、その他たち
えばコレステロール値と血圧の調整等にも有効で
ある等各種の健康維持に好適な物質として知られ
ている。 〔発明の目的並びに概要〕 本発明者は従来から痩身用食品について研究を
続けて来たが、この研究に於いて各種の肥満防止
に有効な数多くの化合物のうち、特にα−サイク
ロデキストリンとγ−リノレン酸とを併用する場
合はこれ等の相乗作用により著しく優れた肥満乃
至体重増加防止効果を発揮することを見出し、痩
身用食品として極めて好適なものであることを確
認し、ここに本発明を完成するに至つた。即ち本
発明は、α−サイクロデキストリンとγ−リノレ
ン酸とを含有して成る痩身用食品に係るものであ
る。 〔発明の構成〕 本発明の痩身用食品はα−サイクロデキストリ
ンとγ−リノレン酸とを好ましくは前者100重量
部に対して後者0.5〜10重量部、特に好ましくは
3〜4重量部含有して成るものである。 本発明に於いて使用されるα−サイクロデキス
トリンとしては従来から知られているものがいず
れも使用出来る。このα−サイクロデキストリン
はこれを単独で使用しても良く、またこれを含有
する素材を使用しても良い。 本発明に於いて使用されるγ−リノレン酸とし
てもこれを単独で使用しても良く、またこれを含
有する成分乃至物質たとえば月見草油等を使用し
ても良い。 本発明に於いては上記2種類の化合物を併用す
ることを必須とし、これ等両者の相乗作用により
著しく優れた肥満防止乃至体重増加防止効果を発
揮する。この相乗作用は特にα−サイクロデキス
トリン100重量部に対しγ−リノレン酸0.5〜10重
量部特に好ましくは3〜4重量部の割合で発揮さ
れる。この優れた相乗作用は後記実験例からも極
めて明らかである。 本発明に於いてはα−サイクロデキストリンと
γ−リノレン酸とを所定の割合で各種の食品また
は食品添加材に含有させるか、またはこれ等両者
を必要に応じ従来公知の各種の添加材と共に適当
な形状たとえば錠剤、丸剤、顆粒状に成形しても
良い。含有させるべき食品乃至食品添加材として
も特に限定されず、各種のものが広い範囲で使用
出来、たとえば小麦粉、食物繊維素、大豆粉等を
具体例として例示出来る。また錠剤、丸剤、顆粒
状に賦形する際に使用される添加材としても従来
からこの種分野に於いて使用されて来たものがい
ずれも使用出来、たとえば乳糖、ブドウ糖、澱
粉、等を具体例として挙げることが出来る。 以下に本発明の相乗効果をより明瞭にするため
の実験例と本発明の具体例たる実施例を示す。 〔実験例〕 6週令の雄ラツトを5つの群に分け、夫々の群
につき6匹づつの雄ラツトに各群毎に次の割合で
調製した精製飼料を1日10gづつあたえて飼育
し、30日後、60日後、90日後の各群の各ラツトの
体重を測定した。 1群:α−サイクロデキストリン……15重量% γ−リノレン酸 ……0〃 〃 2群:α−サイクロデキストリン……0重量% γ−リノレン酸 ……0.5〃 〃 3群:α−サイクロデキストリン
……14.5重量% γ−リノレン酸 ……0.5〃 〃 4群:α−サイクロデキストリン
……14.0重量% γ−リノレン酸 ……1.0〃 〃 5群:α−サイクロデキストリン……0重量% γ−リノレン酸 ……0〃 〃 但し各群1〜5に於いては、上記各化合物を所
定量含有せしめた精製飼料を所定量供飼したもの
である。 この結果を下記第1〜5表に示す。但し表中数
値はgを表す。
