The purpose is to make it possible to load earth and sand into trolleys without dropping the earth and sand onto the tracks simply by installing the earth and sand.

As shown in Figure 0, the coupler 20 becomes loose on the inlet side of the tension relief device 7 (because the distance between the trolleys 30 appears to become shorter), and the claw 50 of the downward track tension relief section and the trolley 30 become loose. and the descending track 2 are installed in a loop from a high point Q to a low point R, and adjacent trolleys 30 are connected endlessly by a coupler 20 consisting of a chain so that a group of trolleys 30 circulates on the orbit by gravity. In this, the normal running section 8 on the entrance side of the loading area 5 provided on the high point Q side of the descending track 1 has a downward slope, and the normal running area 9 on the exit side of the loading area 5 is made to have a downward slope. Since the downhill track 2 has an upward slope to reduce the gap between the trolleys 30 at the loading yard 5 and reduce the vehicle speed of the trolleys 30, it is easy to load earth and sand onto the trolleys 30 at the loading yard 5. Also, since the gap between the trolleys 30 is small, just by installing a simple spill guard, the trolleys 30 can be moved without soil falling onto the track.
Sediment can be loaded into the area.
