As a result of research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor of the present invention extruded molten resin from the first T-die onto an endless belt with many holes in a concave shape, and sucked it from the bottom of the belt to form a core of the corrugated cardboard sheet. mold and
Furthermore, the molten resin is extruded from a second T-die onto the formed core, and at the same time a coextruded film of a thermoadhesive plastic film/conductive film is fed out, and the coextruded film is passed through the melted and extruded resin layer. The inventors have discovered that a conductive plastic corrugated cardboard sheet can be efficiently obtained in-line during the corrugated sheet manufacturing process by a laminating method, and the present invention has been completed based on this knowledge.

る。 That is, the method for producing a conductive plastic corrugated board sheet of the present invention involves extruding molten resin from a first T-die onto an endless belt with many holes in a concave shape, and sucking it from the bottom of the belt to form the core of the corrugated board sheet. Then, the molten resin is extruded from a second T-die onto the formed core, and at the same time, a coextruded film of thermoadhesive plastic film/conductive film is fed out, and the coextruded film is passed through the melted and extruded resin layer. This includes the step of laminating films.

Therefore, plastics having a higher density than the base material from which the plastic corrugated sheet is constructed are particularly preferred.

A molten resin 16 such as polyethylene is extruded from a second T-die 15 onto the top, and at the same time, for example, high-density polyethylene and carbon black kneaded low-density polyethylene are co-extruded to co-extrude a thermoadhesive plastic film/conductive film. The film 17 is unrolled and pressed with a roll 18 to form a conductive sheet 19 having a conductive film laminated on one side. Furthermore, by laminating a plastic film on the other side of the core 14, a conductive plastic corrugated sheet as shown in FIG. 2a can be obtained. In addition, in the figure, 4 is the middle cylinder, 5
6 is a conductive film, 6 is a thermoadhesive plastic film, 7 is a coextruded film, 8 is a melt-extruded resin layer, and 9 is a plastic film.
