This is an internal shoji screen that is inlaid with. The upper stile 2 of this inner shoji 1 consists of an upper member 2a and a lower member 2b, and an air intake port 7 is formed between the upper and lower members 2a and 2b. Side plates 8, 8 are fixed to the upper stile 2 on both left and right sides on the indoor side thereof by screws 9, 9a. Reference numeral 10 denotes a cover whose ends are pivoted to pivots 11, 11 protruding from the side plates 8, 8, and the end face of the top plate 10a of this cover 10 is in contact with the protruding piece 2c of the upper stile 2a. The top plate 10a is fixed to the side plates 8, 8 by screws 12, 12, and an air supply box 13 integrated with the upper stile 2 is configured. Therefore, by removing the screws 12, 12, the cover 10 swings toward the indoor side about the pivots 11, 11, and is opened. Two sets of numerous air supply holes 14 and 15 are bored in this air supply box 13, one set in the top plate 10a and one set in the indoor wall 10b.
The respective air supply holes 14, 15 are located correspondingly. The total opening area of the air supply holes 14 formed in the top plate 10a is set so that the minimum amount of air necessary for ventilation is supplied. 16 is
Top plate 10a with the air supply holes 14 and 15 bored therein
The shutter plate 16 is slidably superimposed on the indoor wall 10b, and the shutter plate 16 is provided with ventilation holes 17, 17a. The ventilation holes 17, 17a of the shutter plate 16 are formed in a staggered manner on the side facing the top plate 10a and the side facing the indoor wall 10b, and the shutter plate 16 can be moved left and right by the operation knob 18 shown in FIG. By sliding a predetermined amount, the air supply holes 14 and 15 in the indoor wall 10b and the top plate 10a are alternately opened and closed, and one of the sets of air supply holes 14 and 15 is always open. There is. 18a and 18b are sound deadening plates,
One of the sound deadening plates 18a is attached to the shutter plate 16 and slides therewith, and the other sound deadening plate 18b is installed in the air supply box 10 so as to cover the entire surface of the intake hole 7. The above sound deadening plate 18a,
Reference numeral 18b is a punched plate made of expanded metal or patching metal, etc., with a large number of through holes 19 drilled over its entire surface and an aperture ratio of 50% or less, and the shape of the through holes 19 is not limited to that shown in the drawings. do not have. The left and right side plates 8, 8 of the air supply box 10 have second
A wedge-shaped fitting part 2 that opens upward as shown in the figure.
0a, 20b are provided in a protruding manner, and a projecting wall is formed on the upper stile lower member 2b extending between the side plates 8, 8, and a fitting having a box-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. A joint portion 20c is integrally formed. Reference numerals 21 to 23 designate sound deadening guide plates, and these sound deadening guide plates 21 to 23 are constructed by adhering appropriate sound absorbing materials 21b to 23b to core materials 21a to 23a made of aluminum or the like, respectively.
These opposing sound deadening guide plates (in this example, 21
and 22, or 22 and 23), the hook-shaped member 24 having a hook portion 24a at the tip shown in FIG. A plurality of receiving pieces 25 are each provided with engaging portions 25a that can be engaged with the hook-shaped member 24 and maintain a substantially constant interval in the indoor direction between a pair of opposing noise-reducing guide plates (in this embodiment, each receiving piece 25 has a plurality of receiving pieces 25 on the left and right sides). one by one) are fixed. Among these silencing guide plates 21 to 23, the silencing guide plates 21 and 22 have their lower end left and right connected to the fitting portions 20 of the side plates 8 and 8, respectively, as shown in FIG.
a, 20b, and the lower end of the silencing guide plate 23 is fitted into the fitting part 20c of the upper frame lower member 2b, and the hook part 24a of the opposing hook-shaped member 24 is fitted into the engaging part 25a of each receiving piece 25. The plurality of sound deadening guide plates 21 to 23 are connected to each other as a whole to form a bent air passage 26.
In addition, 27 is a conventionally well-known rainwater-shielding louver, 28 is an outer shoji screen, and 29 is an upper frame.

作業が極めて容易に行なえる。 The present invention is constructed as described above, and this air supply box 1
When cleaning the inside of the cover 10, the screws 12, 12 fixing the top plate 10a of the cover 10 are removed, and the cover 10 is opened to the indoor side. Next, the sound deadening guide plate 23 is pulled upward, and the hook-shaped member 24 is removed from the receiving piece 25, and the lower end of the sound deadening guide plate 23 is removed from the fitting part 20c of the upper frame lower member 2b. Next, the silencing guide plate 22 is pulled upward, its lower end is removed from the fitting portion 20b of the side plates 8, 8, and the hook-shaped member 24 is removed from the receiving piece 25. Next, the silencing guide plate 21 is removed from the fitting portion 20a of the side plates 8, 8.
In this way, after removing the silencing guide plates 23, 22, and 21 in order, cleaning the silencing guide plates 23 to 21, respectively,
Moreover, the inside of the air supply box 13 can also be cleaned easily. After cleaning in this way, when assembling the silencing guide plates 21 to 23 into the air supply box 13, the silencing guide plates 21 to 23 are fitted into the fitting portions 20a to 20c in the reverse order as described above. The receiving piece 25 and the hook-shaped member 24 may be engaged with each other. In this way, the sound deadening guide plate 21~
23, since only the fitting parts 20a to 20c protrude inside the air supply box 13, there are few protruding objects that will obstruct the installation and removal.
Work is extremely easy.
