本発明は正特性サーミスタ等の半導体素子を内
蔵し、かつモータ等の端子に接続するバネ端子付
半導体装置の構造に関するもので、特に部品共用
化で部品点数を少なくすることを目的の一つとす

電極板7,7′の残る1個7′はそれぞれの接合部
6′b,7′bでそれぞれスポツト溶接により接合
固着して第一の導電端子板11を構成し、この第
一の導電端子板11を絶縁ケースの溝部9cに収
納している。そしてこのように予備組立された上
で電極板7,7′の弾性部7a,7′aを正特性サ
ーミスタ素子8の各電極面に対向当接するように
してこれを挾持させると共に、第一の導電端子板
11の外部配線接続用ターミナル6′と第三の導
電端子板13の外部配線接続用ターミナル6、及
び第二の導電端子板12のバネ端子5′と第三の
導電端子板13のバネ端子5がそれぞれ対向する
よう絶縁ケースの溝部9a,9b,9cに収納さ
れている。10は絶縁カバーで前記絶縁ケース9
と突起部9e,9fで結合して、前記のバネ端子
5,5′、ターミナル6,6′、電極板7,7′、
正特性サーミスタ素子8を内部に収納し、固定す
