The lid 101 is provided with an input port 102 into which organic waste is input. 103 is a submersible pump that promotes methane fermentation by stirring the liquid in the tank, and its cable 104 passes through a water envelope 105 disposed on the lid 101 and communicates with the outside.
Reference numeral 106 denotes a gas outlet provided in the lid 101, which communicates with a gas tank (not shown) or the like. Reference numeral 107 denotes an overflow pipe disposed in the fermentation container 100 for discharging digestive juices.

01 has to be removed, the lid itself is large, and there are many fastening points to the fermentation container 100, so it is very troublesome to remove and install the lid 101.

8 is filled with air. Therefore, if the activity of methane bacteria is adversely affected, or if the generated gas is to be used effectively, air is mixed into the gas, which not only temporarily becomes a poor quality gas but also becomes dangerous. It turns out. To prevent this, the space 107 must be replaced with a gas that does not contain oxygen, and the larger the fermentation vessel 100 is, the more replacement gas is required and the cost increases.

Reference numeral 6 denotes a gas outlet, which is arranged in the lid 2 together with the inlet 3 and the water envelope 4. Reference numeral 7 denotes a lid that seals the outlet of the water envelope 4, and a gas outlet 6' and a latch 9 for a lifting chain 8 of the submersible pump 5 are provided. 10 is a float for detecting the water level provided inside the water envelope 4, and 11 and 12 are cables for a submersible pump and the float, respectively, which are connected to an external power source through an airtight gasket (not shown) at the passage part of the lid 7. I understand.
13 is an overflow pipe arranged in the fermentation container 1.

The gas is taken out from the gas take-off ports 6 and 6', stored in an external gas tank, etc., and used effectively. The water is drained from the overflow pipe 13 each time. Float 10 is overflow pipe 1
3 is a water level sensor that sounds an alarm if the water level rises abnormally for some reason.

Here, if the volume of the space 15 of the water envelope 4 is smaller than the volume of the space 14 of the whole fermenter, the effect on the activity of the methane bacteria in the air or the effect on the gas components will be negligible. The space 15 does not need to be replaced with gas. Conversely, the volume of the space 15 is the space 1
If the volume of space 15 is not negligible, gas must be replaced, but since the amount of replacement gas required is only at the volume of space 15, it is smaller than the conventional example, and costs can be reduced. .
