In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a chest of drawers installed on the floor 2 of a room, with approximately the upper half serving as a wardrobe 3 and the lower half serving as a wardrobe 4. In the wardrobe 3, 5 is the main body of the wardrobe, which includes side plates 5a, 5a, a ceiling plate 5b, a bottom plate 5c, and a back plate 5.
It consists of d. Reference numeral 6 denotes a hanger device installed inside the wardrobe main body 5 for storing clothes. The hanger device 6 is symmetrical in FIG. 1 and only one side of it will be described below. In the hanger device 6, reference numeral 7 denotes a support that is attached to the inner surface of the side plate 5a of the wardrobe main body 5 by a plurality of attachment screws (not shown). It is located at a position considerably below the hanging rod, that is, at the lower part of the wardrobe 3. The support 7 is shown in FIGS. 7, 8 and 10.
It is configured as shown in the figure. In this support 7, reference numeral 8 denotes a mounting portion formed on the peripheral edge, and six mounting holes 9 for inserting mounting screws are provided in the mounting portion 8. Reference numeral 10 denotes a storage portion formed in the center, which extends an appropriate amount from the mounting portion 8 toward the front side (to the left in FIG. 8), and is used to store a biasing spring, etc., which will be described later, between it and the side plate 5a. A storage space 11 is configured. Reference numeral 12 denotes a support portion formed at the center of the storage portion 10, and is provided with a shaft hole 13 through which a pivot bolt (to be described later) is inserted. This shaft hole 13 is formed into a substantially oval shape with a part of the round hole closed, as shown in FIG. 10, in order to prevent the pivot bolt from rotating. Next, reference numeral 14 denotes a pivot bolt fixedly attached to the support 7, and is constructed as shown in FIG. In this pivot bolt 14, reference numeral 15 denotes a threaded portion, and a portion of its circumferential surface is cut out so as to match the shaft hole 13 of the support 7. The threaded portion 15
is inserted into the shaft hole 13 and then fixed to the support 7 by screwing a nut 16 thereon. 17 is the axis, 1
Reference numeral 8 denotes a retaining collar, 19 a spring locking portion, and the spring locking portion 19 is provided with a locking groove 20 into which one end of a return spring to be described later is fitted. Next, reference numeral 21 denotes an arm whose lower end is rotatably supported by the support 7 via a pivot bolt 14, and a fitting hole 22 formed at the lower end is fitted into the pivot portion 17, and a retaining flange is provided. 1
8 prevents it from coming off. The length of the arm 21 is configured such that its upper end is located near the ceiling plate 5b when it is oriented upward (approximately vertically). 23 is a spacer fitted to the pivot bolt 14 between the arm 21 and the support 7. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, 24 is a hanging rod that is suspended horizontally between the upper ends of the arms 21 and 21 on both sides, and both ends are fixed to the arms 21 and 21, respectively, so that it is not affected by the rotation of the arms 21 and 21. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
It can be moved to a storage position P near the inner ceiling plate 5b and an easily accessible operation position Q outside the wardrobe main body 5. Clothes 25 are attached to the hanging rod 24.
A hanger 26 on which is hung is freely removable. 27 is an operating rod whose upper end is rotatably connected to the hanging rod 24, as shown in FIGS.
A grip ball 28 is attached to the lower end. The grip ball 28 is located at a height such that it can be easily gripped by the operator's hand when the hanging rod 24 is in the storage position P. 29 is a receiving member attached to the upper end of the support 7 by two mounting screws 30, as shown in FIGS. The material 29b is attached. The cushioning material 29b is
At a position where arm 1 is rotated slightly further toward the back plate 5d (backward side) than the upward vertical position, the arm 2
Its position is determined to receive 1.
The cushioning material 29b may be positioned to receive the arm 21 at a position where the arm 21 is just vertically upward or at a position where it is slightly inclined toward the opposite side of the back plate 5d. Reference numeral 31 designates a cross-shaped cover mounting plate whose center hole is fitted into the retaining collar 18 of the pivot bolt 14 and which is fixed to the arm 21 by means of a locking shaft and a mounting bolt, which will be described later. Attachment holes 32 are formed respectively. 33 is arm 2
1, a spring locking portion 34 is provided at a position corresponding to the spring locking portion 19 of the pivot bolt 14, and the other end of a return spring to be described later is attached to the spring locking portion 34. A locking groove 35 for locking is formed. Reference numeral 36 denotes a return spring, which is positioned concentrically with the center of rotation of the arm 21, that is, the pivot bolt 14, and has one end fitted into the locking groove 20 of the pivot bolt 14, and the other end fitted into the locking shaft 33. It is locked in the locking groove 35. The spring force urges the arm 21 to rotate in the stop direction (clockwise rotation in FIG. 7). The strength of the spring force (restoring force) of the spring 36 is determined by the fact that, as shown in FIG. It is configured so that it is always larger than the rotational force that causes the arm 21 to rotate forward, and increases almost the same as the rotational force due to the load of the clothes increases as the arm 21 is rotated forward. The difference in magnitude between the restoring force of the arm 21 and the rotational force of the arm 21 due to the load of the clothes hardly changes even if the forward inclination angle of the arm 21 changes greatly. 3
7 is a storage part 10 for the support 7 as shown in FIG.
a pivot shaft penetrating and rotatably supported in the
is a locking body fixed to the pivot 37 on the front side of the storage portion 10, and a locking recess 39 is provided in the middle at the tip.
A locking protrusion 40 is formed below the locking recess 39 , and an abutting projection 41 is formed above the locking recess 39 . The abutting convex portion 41 is formed at a considerably greater distance from the pivot shaft 37 than the locking convex portion 40 . 4
2 is a spring hooking arm fixed to the pivot 37 on the back side of the storage section 10; 43 is a spring hooking piece formed by bending a part of the storage section 10 to the backside; biasing spring 44
is installed. The biasing spring 44 biases the locking body 38 so that the locking recess 39 thereof can rotate in both directions up and down about a predetermined position shown in FIG. 10 and always returns to its center position. 45 is the 8th
As shown in the drawings and FIG. 11, it is a protruding locking piece fixed to the back surface of the arm 21, and includes a raised part 46 and an engaging part 47. The positional relationship between the locking piece 45 and the locking body 38 is such that the abutting convex portion 41 of the locking body 38 in the returned state is aligned with the raised portion 4 of the locking piece 45.
6, the forward tilting rotation of the arm 21 causes the raised portion 46 to come into contact with the abutment convex portion 41, causing the locking body 38 to rotate upward, and to be locked in this manner. When the body 38 is rotated, the locking convex portion 40 of the body 38 is located on the rotation locus of the engaging portion 47 of the locking piece 45, and as the arm 21 is subsequently rotated forward, the engaging portion 47
contacts the locking convex portion 40 and further rotates the locking body 38 slightly upward, whereby the locking portion 47 moves into the locking concave portion 3 at a position where the arm 21 is in a substantially horizontal state.
9 to lock the upward rotation of the arm 21,
When the arm 21 is further slightly rotated downward from that position, the abutting convex portion 41 of the locking body 38 is disengaged from the engaging portion 47, the locking body 38 returns to its original position, and the arm 21 is rotated upward. It is configured to allow movement. A cover 48 is attached to the cover attachment plate 31 with attachment bolts 49 and nuts 50, and covers the spring 36 portion so as not to damage clothes.

ことができる。 In the case of the above structure, when you want to remove the hanger 26 hooked on the hanging rod 24 of the clothes drawer 3 and use the clothes 25 hung on the hanger 26, or when you want to use the clothes 25 that have been hung on the hanger 26, 2
6, and if you want to hang the hanger 26 on the hanging rod 24 and store it inside the wardrobe 3, first, as shown in FIG. Grasp the ball 28 with one hand and pull it diagonally downward and forward as shown in FIG. 6A, and move the arm 21 forward as shown in FIGS. 6B and C against the restoring force of the return spring 36. By tilting and rotating, the hanging rod 24 is moved to a low place outside the wardrobe main body 5 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. In this case, the hanging rod 24 located near the ceiling plate 5b inside the wardrobe main body 5 moves in an arc to a low place outside the wardrobe main body 5 as shown in FIG. 2, and moves inside the wardrobe main body 5. At the time, it moves a lot forward (to the left in Figure 2), but it moves only a little downward, and after getting out of the wardrobe main body 5, it moves a lot downward, whereas it moves forward. Because it only moves a little,
The hem (lower end) of the clothes 25 on the hanger 26 hooked on the hanging rod 24 is the bottom plate 5c of the wardrobe 3.
Scratching of the upper surface and floor surface 2 can be minimized, and damage to clothes can be prevented. The same thing can be said when the hanging rod 24 is inserted into the wardrobe main body 5, as will be described later. Further, when the arm 21 is rotated forward and the hanging rod 24 is moved to a lower place as described above, the restoring force of the return spring 36 that biases the arm 21 in the direction of upward rotation is applied to the hanging rod 24.
Hanger 26 and clothes 25 hung on 4
Since the downward rotational force of the arm 21 due to the load of Since the magnitude relationship between the restoring force due to the return spring 36 and the rotational force due to the load on the clothes does not reverse during the forward tilting rotation of the arm 21
Also, the hanging rod 24 can be tilted forward and rotated easily. Furthermore, when the arm 21 and the hanging rod 24 are tilted forward and rotated as described above, the downward rotational force of the arm 21 due to the load of the hanger 26 and the clothes 25 hooked on the hanging rod 24 is 12 As shown in the figure, as the forward tilt angle of the arm 21 increases, the restoring force of the arm 21 due to the return spring 36 also increases as the forward tilt angle of the arm 21 increases.
The force required to rotate the arm 21 forward (the difference between the restoring force and the turning force) increases as the forward tilt angle of the arm 21 increases. The size is almost the same regardless of the size, and even when the forward tilt angle of the arm 21 is large or small, the arm 21 and the hanging rod can be connected by pulling the operating rod 27 with a relatively small force. 24 can be rotated smoothly.

1 reaches about 30 degrees, the raised portion 46 of the locking piece 45 touches the abutting convex portion 4 of the locking body 38.
1, the locking body 38 is rotated clockwise in FIG. 11 against the biasing spring 44, and then when the forward tilt angle of the arm 21 reaches about 90 degrees, the locking body 38 is rotated clockwise in FIG. As shown in , after the engaging portion 47 of the locking piece 45 contacts the locking convex portion 40 of the locking body 38 and further rotates the locking body 38 in the same direction as above, the first

As described above, when the locking recess 39 of the locking body 38 engages with the engaging portion 47 of the locking piece 45, the operator's ears and ears hear the sound and impact caused by the engagement. Information is transmitted to the operator's hand, allowing the operator to know that the locking recess 39 and the engaging portion 47 have engaged, and allowing the operator to perform the next operation with confidence. Further, after the locking recess 39 and the engaging portion 47 are engaged as described above, even if the operator releases the operating rod 27 or the hanging rod 24, the hanging rod 24 is held at that position, and in this state. The hanger 26 is removed from the hanging rod 24 and the hanger 26 is hooked onto the hanging rod 24.

As the arm 21 is rotated, the locking piece 45 is disengaged from the locking body 38 as shown in FIG. The locking piece 45 temporarily rotates the locking body 38 counterclockwise in FIG. 11 (the engaging portion 47 pushes the abutting convex portion 41 downward) and rotates it upward. In this case, since the arm 21 is rotated upward by the restoring force of the return spring 36, the operator can retract the hanging rod 24 very easily by applying a brake using the operating rod 27. Furthermore, even if the operator simply releases his/her hand from the operating rod 27 or the hanging rod 24, the restoring force of the return spring 36 and the rotating force of the clothing 25 have the above-mentioned relationship, so the hanging rod 24 can be moved relatively slowly. After rotating upward, the arm 21 is received by the cushioning material 29b and placed in the storage position.

果がある。 As described above, this invention has the effect of making it possible to fully utilize the space inside the wardrobe body by providing the hanging rod 24 horizontally at a high position near the ceiling of the wardrobe. . Moreover, even if the hanging rod 24 can be installed in a high position on the wardrobe, the hanging rod 24 and the arm 21 can be moved to a lower position (the position indicated by H in FIG. 11). , Even short children can easily use the hanging rod 2.
This has the effect of allowing you to hang and remove clothes from hangers.

ある。 Moreover, even if the hanging rod 24 is returned by spring force, the lower part of the arm 21 is provided with a locking part 46 on the leading side and an engaging part 47 on the trailing side when the hanging rod is lowered. Piece 45 is attached,
On the other hand, the support 7 has an abutting convex portion 41 and a locking convex portion 4.
0 and a locking recess 39 formed low between them.
A locking body 38 having a locking body 38 is rotatably pivoted, and the positional relationship of the locking body 38 with respect to the locking piece 45 is such that the hanging rod 24 is moved from a normal position (position shown by E in FIG. 11) to a low position. In the process of rotating towards the
The locking body 38 is provided in a state where it is biased in both left and right rotational directions at a location where the abutting convex portion 41 is normally located on the trajectory drawn by the locking piece 45. By determining the positional relationship between the locking piece 45 and the locking body 38 so that the rotation path of the locking recess 39 overlaps with the rotation path of the engaging portion 47, the hanging rod 24 By rotating the upper part 46 from the normal position toward the lower position, the upper part 46 engages with the abutting convex part 41 and the locking body 38 is slightly rotated. After that, the engaging part 47 engages with the locking recess 39. When engaged, it is possible to give a tactile sensation to the operator to inform him that the hanging rod 24 is in a low position, thereby allowing the operator to handle the clothes with peace of mind. On top of that,
When you want to return the hanging rod 24 to a higher position, simply lower the hanging rod 24 further downwards from that position. When the locking piece 45 is rotated, the locking piece 45 comes off from the locking body 38, and the locking body 38 returns to its normal state, allowing the hanging rod 24 to rotate upward, and the operator can easily move the hanging rod 24 to a high place. There is convenience in handling as it can be returned.

ンス。1. A horizontal hanging rod 24 is provided which is always positioned above the wardrobe, while supports 7, 7 are attached to both sides of the lower position of both sides of the wardrobe, and each support 7 is provided with In contrast, the lower parts of the arms 21, 21, whose upper parts are connected to both sides of the horizontal hanging rod 24, are pivoted so that they can freely tilt forward, and the rotation range of each arm 21 is limited to the above-mentioned hanging rod. stick 2
4 is configured to be able to be lowered to a low position for hanging and unhooking clothes, and to a lower disengaging position.
Furthermore, the arm 21 is designed so that even if a load of clothing is applied to the hanging rod 24 in a low position, the hanging rod can return to the upper position against the load. A return spring 36 having an urging force is attached to the lower part of the arm 21, and an engaging part 46 is provided on the leading side and an engaging part 47 on the trailing side when the hanging rod is lowered. A locking piece 45 is attached to the support 7, and the locking body 3 has an abutting projection 41, a locking projection 40, and a locking recess 39 formed low between them.
8 is pivotally mounted to be rotatable in both left and right directions, and the positional relationship of the locking body 38 with respect to the locking piece 45 is such that the abutment convex portion 41 and the locking convex portion 40 are formed low between them. The locking recess 39 is located closer to the pivot point of the arm 21 than the pivot point of the locking body 38, and the above-mentioned kick upper part 46 is drawn in the process of the hanging rod 24 rotating from the normal position to the lower position. The abutting convex portion 41 is set to be normally positioned on the trajectory, and a biasing spring 44 is connected to the locking body 38 for returning it from the left and right rotational positions to the normal position. There is,
Moreover, the positional relationship between the locking piece 45 and the locking body 38 is determined so that the rotation path of the locking recess 39 overlaps with the rotation path of the engaging portion 47 of the locking piece 45. By rotating the hanging rod 24 from the normal position to the lower position, the upper part 4
6 engages with the abutting convex portion 41 and slightly rotates the locking body 38, then the engaging portion 47 engages with the locking recess 39 to prevent the lifting rod 24 from rising, and the position thereof is When the hanging rod 24 is further lowered slightly downward, the engaging portion 47 that was engaged with the low locking recess 39 is replaced by the abutting convex portion 41.
The wardrobe is characterized in that the locking piece 45 is released from the locking body 38 by pushing the locking body 38, and the locking body 38 returns to its normal state, allowing the hanging rod 24 to rotate upward.
