ンジヨイント3bを中心に水平方向に揺動自在な
上下軸箱4b,5bの間の夫々に竪ロール6a及
び6bを配して各竪ロール6a,6bの上下両端
を軸受で以て上下軸箱4a,5a,4b,5bに
回転自在に取付け、ストリツプ進入方向7左側の
上軸箱4aの反ピンジヨイント側端部に上ステツ
ピングシリンダ8のロツド先端を、又ストリツプ
進入方向7右側の上軸箱4bの反ピンジヨイント
側端部に上ステツピングシリンダ8の本体を夫々
枢着し、同様に左側の下軸箱5aの反ピンジヨイ
ント側端部に下ステツピングシリンダ9のロツド
先端を、又右側の下軸箱5bの反ピンジヨイント
側端部に下ステツピングシリンダ9の本体を夫々
枢着し、両ステツピングシリンダ8,9を同時に
作動せしめて軸箱4a,4bと5a,5bを互に
反対方向に旋回させ各軸箱4a,4b,5a,5
bをストリツプ10の幅方向に押込んで竪ロール
6a,6bによりストリツプ10の幅圧延を行う
ようにすると共に、ピンジヨイント3a,3bを
半径中心として湾曲するレール11a,11bを
竪ロール6a,6b下方の床面に敷設し、前記レ
ール11bを転動するローラ12を備え且つ1組
の傘歯車13,14を内蔵したギヤボツクス15
bを前記右側の下軸箱5bと走行レール11bと
の間に配し、又同様な構成のギヤボツクス15a
を下軸箱5aと走行レール11aとの間に配し、
各ギヤボツクス15a,15b内の一方の傘歯車
に連結した出力軸16a,16bと前記竪ロール
6a,6bを接続し、他方の傘歯車に連結した入
力軸17a,17bに伸縮自在且つ屈曲自在な可
撓接手18a,18bを介して減速機19a,1
9bを接続し、両減速機19a,19bにカツプ
リング20a,20bを介しモータ21a,21
bを接続しており、軸箱にギヤボツクス15a,
