This device cuts the fish body into circular slices to the size required for canning, and the divided pieces are arranged on the conveyor in the width direction of the conveyor.
On the other hand, in the canning manufacturing department, several pieces of fish body segments of different thicknesses must be stored in a concentrated state in a can with approximately the same height as the fish body segments, so they are not arranged in the above-mentioned arrangement. Even if it is supplied to the canning production department, it cannot be continuously and automatically pushed into cans.

For this reason, conventionally, the fish body segments transported by the conveyor are once dropped into a fish box at the transport end of the conveyor, and then placed manually into a container with approximately the same width as the length dimension of the fish body segments. Since the particles are deposited in a concentrated state, a great deal of labor and effort is required, resulting in a significant drop in work efficiency, which is a major problem in canning production.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the automatic packaging device for split fish bodies according to the present invention is capable of handling fish bodies placed in parallel on a conveyor in the same way during transportation. This is an automatic filling machine that divides the fish body pieces into rings according to their length, collects each piece of different thickness together within the width between the cut end faces, and pushes the gathered fish body pieces one by one into one can. In an automatic canning device for split fish bodies, which is accommodated in a can by
A fish body segment transport conveyor whose traveling direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the fish body and is formed by paralleling compartment conveyor sections on which each segment of the fish body is placed; A narrow width conveyor having approximately the same width as each section conveyor section of the conveyor, and a narrow width conveyor having an upper end close to the conveyance end of each section conveyor section of the fish body division conveyor, and a lower end thereof facing above the narrow width conveyor. The fish body segments arranged in parallel on the fish body segment transport conveyor are automatically placed in a converged state on the narrow cloth conveyor via the respective inclined chute, and The present invention is characterized in that the fish body segments are conveyed from a conveyor to a canning production department equipped with a push-type automatic filling machine.

(Function) The fish body segments conveyed by the fish body segment conveyor fall while sliding down the inclined chute having the same width as the compartment conveyor, the upper ends of which are facing the compartment conveyor section of the conveyor, and the respective fish body segments are transported by the fish body segment transport conveyor. From the lower end of the inclined chute, the divided fish body pieces are collected and placed on a narrow width conveyor with the cut ends of both ends aligned.

The fish placed on the tray 7 of the conveyor 1 is transported with its tail a4 facing toward the divided tray 7d, and at the end of the conveyance of the conveyor 1, the fish body is placed on the tray 7.
When the tail part A4 is turned downward along the sprocket wheel 4, the tail part A4 is sequentially transferred to the chute member 15d and stored in the storage box 26, while the divided pieces of the body part
A 1 to a 3 are transferred to the chute members 15a to 15c, respectively, and transferred onto the narrow width conveyor 10 while sliding on these chute members. At this time, since the lower ends of each of the chute members 15a to 15c are arranged in a line in the length direction of the narrow cloth conveyor 10,
The fish body body segment segments a1 to a3 are rearranged in the length direction from the state in which they were lined up in the width direction of the conveyor 1, and are transferred onto the narrow width conveyor 10 in such a way that they are gathered together to form each segment a. The paper towels are conveyed forward with both cut end surfaces of paper towels 1 to a3 facing the side walls 14, 14 of the paper towel conveyor 10.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention provides fish body segments arranged in each row in the traveling direction of each conveyor at the conveyor end of a conveyor that conveys a large number of fish bodies divided into a plurality of slices in parallel. A chute member for each transfer is arranged, and the lower ends of these chute members face above a narrow conveyor provided below the conveyor, and the fish body segments are placed in a stacked state on the narrow conveyor. Therefore, the fish body segments, which are divided into a plurality of round slices and transported in parallel, are not stored in a fish box or the like, but are transported from the transport end of the transport conveyor to the thin cloth through the chute member. It can be continuously fed onto a conveyor, and a large number of fish body segments can be piled up in a row on a narrow conveyor, automatically arranging it in a state suitable for canning production. Since the process from supplying fish bodies to canning can be carried out continuously and automatically, which was previously difficult, it is possible to improve production efficiency and enable efficient canning in deep-sea fishing even in narrow fishing boats. It has many features such as:

1 Fish bodies placed in parallel on a conveyor,
During transportation, each piece is divided into rounds of the same length, each of the divided pieces of different thickness is focused together within the width between the cut end faces, and the focused fish body pieces are divided into one container. In an automatic canning device for storing fish pieces into cans using a push-type automatic filling machine, there is provided a compartment conveyor whose traveling direction is perpendicular to the length direction of the fish body and on which each divided piece of the fish body is placed. a conveyor for transporting fish body segments arranged in parallel; a narrow conveyor disposed below the transport end of the conveyor and having approximately the same width as each section conveyor section of the conveyor; and each of the fish body segment transport conveyors. It consists of a plurality of inclined chutes whose upper ends are close to the conveyance end of the compartment conveyor section and whose lower ends face the narrow conveyor, and the fish body divided pieces are arranged in parallel on the fish body divided piece transport conveyor. The fish body segments are automatically placed in a concentrated state on the narrow width conveyor via each of the inclined chutes, and are transported from the narrow width conveyor to a canning production department equipped with a push-type automatic filling machine. An automatic packaging device for split fish bodies, which is characterized by:
