た。 In recent years, spinning processes have become faster, and spinning speeds of 100 m/min or more to around 200 m/min have been practically achieved in binding spinning machines that use air false twisting nozzles to produce binding yarns. It's reached. At such high speeds, various problems occur in the draft device compared to the low speed spinning of only 20 m/min in conventional ring spinning machines. The biggest problem is the drastic increase in damage to aprons, and according to the experience of the present inventors, most aprons become unusable due to cutting or wear after about one month of continuous operation.
In other words, in bundle spinning, apron maintenance is essential for continuing operations and maintaining the quality of spun yarn. However, as is well known, replacing the apron, especially attaching and removing the apron on the bottom side, is usually done by providing a common bottom roller from the gear end of the machine to the out end of the machine through all spindles of the spinning unit on one side of the machine, or at least 6 to 10 spindles. Since each weight is provided as a single common shaft, it is impossible to perform this work on each unit individually. Therefore, it is necessary to stop the machine before the apron wears out too much. This process was extremely wasteful in terms of time and parts, as it had to be carried out simultaneously for all spindles of spinning units that share a shaft.

提供するものである。 In order to solve the drawbacks of the conventional spinning apparatus, the present inventors developed a mechanism in which a bottom roller is provided independently for each spindle or every two spindles, and each bottom roller has a free end. It was proposed in No. 58-214537 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 59-15519. According to this mechanism, the bottom apron can be replaced by stopping only one unit requiring maintenance, or only the two units of the weight and the adjacent weights that share the shaft with it, and the above-mentioned waste can be avoided. The present invention provides a tensor capable of quickly and easily attaching and detaching the bottom apron in this one- or two-spindle draft device.

The tensor 1 has a mounting part 5 at one end of a main body part 4 which has left and right guide walls 3 on both sides for regulating the lateral displacement of the apron 11, and a slot 6 provided in the mounting part 5 allows the tensioner 1 to be attached to the machine base. frame 7
It is fixed with a bolt 8. The slot 6 is open from the center of the mounting part 5 to its end and has an open end, the width of which is slightly larger at the upper part than the diameter of the head 8a of the bolt 8 and at the lower part is the width of the shaft part of the bolt 8. It is formed into a two-stage shape slightly larger than the diameter of the bolt 8, and furthermore, a slightly deeper step 9 is provided at the innermost part so that the head 8a of the bolt 8 can be fitted therein.

To do so, first loosen the bolt 8 and return the screw to a length that allows the head 8a to climb over the step 9. is in a state where it can be pulled out parallel to the axis of the bottom roller 10. As shown in FIG. 6, in the draft device to which the present invention is applied, the bottom roller 10 has one open end, so that the apron 11 can be removed through the open end at the same time as the tensor 1 is pulled out.

Since the tensor 21 is fixed and supported at its center by the machine frame 7 between the two drafting devices, it cannot be pulled out in the axial direction of the roller as in the case of the single-spindle structure described above. Attachment and disassembly shall be carried out by movement back and forth relative to the shaft. That is, the bottom tensor 21 in this embodiment has a structure in which two main body parts 4 having the same shape as the main body part 4 of the one-spindle tensor 1 are connected via a mounting bar 22. The cross section of the mounting bar 22 is as shown in FIG. 4A.
It has a trapezoidal shape with the upper base longer than the lower base. On the other hand, a mounting groove 23 is provided on the machine frame 7, and its cross-sectional shape matches that of the mounting bar 22, that is, the groove wall on the bottom roller 10 side has a slope 24. Therefore, the mounting bar 22 fitted therein is fixed in position without wobbling and is fixed by the bolt 8.

This can be done easily by pulling it upward diagonally along the . The subsequent removal and installation of the apron is the same as in the previous case.

In this figure, the rollers on the top side are omitted, and the vicinity of the apron on the bottom side to which the present invention is applied is clearly shown. The fiber bundle is introduced from the bottom of the figure through a trumpet 31, drafted by a back roller 32, a collector 37, an apron 25, and a front roller 35, and then twisted by an air false twisting nozzle 36 to become a binding yarn. The tensor 21 of the present invention is fixed to the machine frame 7 with bolts 8, and supports the apron 25 together with the middle roller 33.
