However, the biggest drawback is that fine dust such as cotton dust gets into the valleys of the folds of the dust collecting filter, and the cross section of the folds of the dust collecting filter becomes wedge-shaped, making it difficult to remove them. The problem was that the pressure loss of the dust collection filter increased and the dust collection filter became clogged, resulting in a significant drop in dust collection performance.

The problem was that dust was not captured sufficiently and leaked into the motor or outside the aircraft. Also, dust removal work is troublesome,
It is unhygienic, and it is difficult to remove the dust sufficiently, making it difficult to maintain the initial dust absorption performance over a long period of time.

The dust collecting filter 17 is integrally formed of a soft material such as soft vinyl chloride, and the dust collecting filter 17 is installed in the intake passage 6a between the air intake port 6 of the dust collecting box 5 and the electric blower 2. 17 is arranged so that it is stretched. Reference numeral 20 denotes a diaphragm of the dust removing device 8, which is composed of a large number of plate-shaped bodies, which are arranged at predetermined intervals in the lateral direction, and are swingably held in a holding frame 20b by hinges 20a provided on both sides. Cylindrical vibration shafts 21 are formed protruding from the center of the rear end (upper end in FIG. 2) so as to be horizontally aligned with each other. and,
When the holding frame 20b is placed and fixed on the inner bottom surface of the frame 18, the front end (lower end in FIG. 2) of the diaphragm 20 is inserted into the recess 17b of the fold 17a of the dust collecting filter 17 as shown in FIG. .

5 are rotatably fitted and held together by a screw 23' in a bearing body 23. The peripheral edge of this bearing body 23 is fitted and fixed to the frame 18. The actuating rotary plate 24 is provided with actuating ribs 22 on the side of the diaphragm 20 that sandwich the vibrating shafts 21 in pairs. As shown in FIG. 4, this actuating rib 22 is such that the rotation center of the actuating rotary plate 24 is located exactly at the central vibrating axis 21h among the vibrating axes 21a to 21o. 21h
The center positions a to d of each pair of adjacent vibration axes are determined, and circular arc lines 21p to 2 whose radius is the distance between these positions a to d and the center of rotation are defined.
Assume 1s. The arc wires 21p to 21s also extend to the other side of the vibration axis 21h to 2 including the vibration axis 21h.
It passes through the center position of a pair of adjacent vibration axes of 1o. Now, the actuation ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 are located on both sides of these arcuate lines 21p to 21r, respectively, at predetermined positions in the circumferential direction, shifted from each other, and form an arc of a predetermined length, and the arcuate lines 21p to 21r
The opposing interval with r in between is smaller than the mutual interval between the vibrating shafts 21, and is set to such an extent that the tips of the vibrating shafts 21 are in contact with each other, or that there is a slight gap between the tips. Further, recesses 22b are formed in the intermediate portions of the actuation ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 , and vibration shafts 21a to 2
Guide ribs 22 are provided at both ends of the actuating ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 to facilitate the insertion of the actuating ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7.
c is integrally formed. Therefore, when the operating rotary plate 24 is rotated once in either direction, for example in the direction A, the operating ribs 22a 1 and 22a 2 first rotate the vibration shafts 21a and 21b to the vibration shafts 21a' and 21.
b', and the vibration shafts 21a', 2 in the recess 22b.
1b' causes narrow and wide vibrations, and releases the vibration shafts 21a and 21b with a predetermined amount of rotation corresponding to the rib length,
Subsequently, the vibration shafts 21c and 21d are sandwiched between the actuation ribs 22a 3 and 22a 4 , and the recessed portion 22b is caused to vibrate by the same amount of rotation as described above, and then these are released. Vibration shaft 21
e and 21f are inserted, vibrated, and released, and the operating rib 22a7 tilts the vibration shaft 21g toward the vibration shaft 21h, which is the center of rotation, and vibrates. Further, after half a rotation of the actuating rotary plate 24, the actuating ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 successively insert the center side vibrating shafts from the outer vibrating shafts 21n and 21o, vibrating and releasing the vibration shafts, and thus the continuous rotation causes the vibrating shaft 21h. All the vibration axes except for the vibration axis will vibrate.

When the electric blower 2 is operated, air is taken in through the intake port 6, passes through the dust collection filter 17 in the intake passage 6a, and is exhausted from the exhaust port 34 of the cleaner body 1. During this time, the dust inhaled from the intake port 6 is filtered through the dust collection filter 1.
7 and the folds 17 of the dust collection filter 17
Clean air collected on the surface of the vacuum cleaner body 1 is released toward the cleaner body 1, and cleaning is performed in this manner. On the other hand, when removing dust attached to the dust collection filter 17, the electric blower 2 is stopped, the power cord 31 is pulled out, and the cord reel 10 rotates.
The rotation is transmitted to the intermediate gear 14, the clutch gear 15, the rotating pawl 16, the clutch 27, and the connecting gear 26, and the rotation of the connecting gear 26 causes the driving means 25 to
rotates, and the operating rotary plate 24 rotates. This rotation of the operating rotary plate 24 causes the vibration axis 2 of the diaphragm 20 to
1 are successively sandwiched between the actuating ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 in pairs, so the lower ends of the diaphragms 20 swing around the hinges 20a, causing them to expand relative to each other as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the folds 17a of the dust collecting filter 17 are expanded. By repeating this, vibration is generated, and fine dust X such as cotton dust accumulated between the pleats 17a can be easily shaken off. Furthermore, minute vibrations are applied by the recesses 22b that guide the vibration shafts 21a to 21o with the actuation ribs 22a 1 to 22a 7 .

That is, (1) By the continuous movement of greatly expanding and contracting the folds 17a of the dust collecting filter 17, fine dust such as cotton dust that has entered the wedge-shaped portion inside can be easily removed; There is no clogging of the dust collection filter, and the dust collection performance can be maintained indefinitely.
