The detergent was dissolved in water by the water flow generated by the pulsator. For this reason, if powdered detergent absorbs moisture and hardens, it will be difficult to dissolve in water and may clog drains such as drain valves. In particular, natural detergents (so-called powdered soaps made from oils and fats) are difficult to dissolve in cold water, absorb moisture, and easily solidify, so they become particles and float in the water, stick to clothes and remain, or drain drains. There were times when it got clogged. Detergents dissolve well when hot water is used, but it is very uneconomical to prepare enough hot water to fill a washing tank or to continuously supply hot water from a water heater.

The concentrated detergent solution produced in the container is supplied to the washing tank from a supply port provided on one side of the container, so that the detergent is well dissolved in the water in the washing tank. Especially for detergents that are difficult to dissolve in cold water, such as natural detergents, a small amount of warm water is supplied into the container, or a small amount of warm water is made in the container, and the detergent is well dissolved in the warm water before being supplied to the washing tank. (Note that the specified internal volume of the container is set at a water level 7 lower than the upper end 16a of the siphon tube 16), and the stirring blades 9 are rotated to dissolve the detergent in the water and create a concentrated detergent solution. When water is supplied from a water source such as a water faucet to the container 4 through the water supply hose 13, the concentrated detergent solution is diluted and flows out from the overflow port 15, and is supplied from the water conduit 18 to the washing tank 2. At this time, the detergent solution also flows out from the siphon pipe 16. When water is supplied to the specified water level 6 in the washing tank 2, the water supply from the water supply hose 13 is stopped, but most of the dilute detergent solution in the container 4 flows out due to the siphon action of the siphon pipe 16. Since the liquid in the washing tank 2 is a detergent solution with an appropriate concentration, the washing operation can be started immediately.

Since the container has a supply port on one side for supplying the detergent solution in the container to the washing tank, it is possible to dissolve the detergent well in the water using a stirring device before supplying it to the washing tank. This reduces the chance of undissolved detergent particles remaining on clothes or clogging drains. Especially when it is desirable to use hot water, such as natural detergents, there is no need to prepare a large amount of hot water to fill the washing tank or to continuously supply hot water by drawing a hose from the water heater as in the conventional method. Since the detergent is dissolved in a small amount of warm water that is sufficient to fill the container and diluted with water, washing can be done quickly and economically.

As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 42-16541, etc., this method dissolves detergent more reliably than when powdered detergent is supplied from a water source while being dissolved little by little. be able to.
Therefore, even with detergents that are difficult to dissolve in water, such as natural detergents, there is no possibility that powdered detergents will remain attached to clothes or clog the discharge passage. In addition, when the water supply from the water source is stopped, most of the water in the container flows out due to the action of the siphon pipe, so the detergent solution can be used without wasting it, so it has extremely high utility value.
