走行させ、一対の布間に形成されたケーキを排
出するもの、また、各板間に設けた逆V字状の
布を板の下部に設けた巻取ロールで巻取つて
布を引下げ、一対の布間に形成されたケーキ
を排出するようにしたもの等がある。

回わした上で合着し、この合着した布2,2の
端縁部を前記巻上用の布5の下端縁部に連結
し、前記一対の布2,2の上端には、これらを
合着して、その合着部に支持バー7を装着し、こ
の支持バー7に一端を止着したベルト8の他端
を、前記トーシヨンローラー4の芯軸9に固定し
て設けたプーリー10に連結し、更に、この芯軸
9を板列に沿つて設けた駆動軸11に連動連結
したものである。トーシヨンローラー4およびこ
れへの伝動機構について詳述すれば、第4図にお
いて、符号12は、芯軸9に回転自在に遊嵌した
トーシヨンローラー4に内装したコイルスプリン
グであり、その一端は芯軸9に、その他端はトー
シヨンローラー4に固定してある。そして、芯軸

縮量を吸収し、従来のもののように支持バーを変
形させたり、駆動用のチエーン等に無理な荷重が
かかるのを防止することができる。また、トーシ
ヨンローラー4が板の上方に設けてあるので、
ケーキ剥離の際や布洗浄の際に、これに飛散す
るケーキや洗浄水が降りかかることがなく、さら
に、布を取り換え等のメンテナンスも容易であ
る。従来のものでは、布を取り換えるに当つ
て、狭隘な板列の下方での作業がどうしても必
要だつたのであるが、この発明に係る装置で、
布3を取り換えるには、板1を開板した状態
で、トーシヨンローラー4を作動させて、第5図
におけるフアスナー17を板1上方にまで引上
げるとともに、一方、一対の布3はベルト8に
より、プーリー10に吊り下げ、その下端を案内
ローラー6を巻回わした上で、前述のフアスナー
17の位置で接続すればよい。尚、引上げ用の
布5は過脱水には直接的には関与しないもので
あつて、一対の布交換の都度、取り換える必要
