Conventionally, there has been a known method of inserting the lining material into the pipe while turning it inside out using fluid pressure, and simultaneously adhering the lining material to the inner surface of the pipe. This method is attracting particular attention. This method does not require excavating the entire length of the pipeline, it is only necessary to excavate a working hole at both ends of the section targeted for construction, which means that the scale of road construction is small and can be completed in a short time. This is an extremely excellent method. However, even with this method, it cannot be carried out if it is not possible to excavate a working hole at both ends of the section, and if the section is short, excavating a working hole at both ends means digging the entire section. In some cases, there may not be much difference. moreover,
For example, when city gas is supplied to each home, it is supplied to each home via a supply pipe from a branch pipe buried in the road, but if you try to line these supply pipes, one end of the can be opened by removing the socket just in front of the meter, but the other end requires digging out the connection between the supply pipe and the branch pipe. In addition, if we tried to line all the supply pipes in each household, we would have to dig up all the branch pipes, which would require large-scale road construction along the branch pipes, which is almost never done on roads with heavy traffic. It's okay if it becomes possible.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a new method in which it is sufficient to open the pipeline only at one end of the construction section.

Accordingly, the present invention covers the outer periphery of at least one end of a cylindrical lining material with a flexible tube having approximately the same diameter as the lining material, extends the tube further from the one end of the lining material, and A lining device is provided with a traction means extending further forward from the tip of the extension portion over a length slightly longer than the length from the other end of the lining material to the tip of the extension portion of the tube. Applying an adhesive to the inner surfaces of the lining material and the extension of the tube, fixedly supporting the other end of the lining material in an annular shape, and applying fluid pressure to the rear part of the annular fixing part. At the folded part formed in the pipe, the lining material and the tube are turned over by the fluid pressure so that the inside becomes the outside, and the folded part is advanced in the pipe, and the turned lining material is moved through the adhesive by the fluid pressure. After the lining material and the part of the tube covered with the lining material are all turned over, the extension of the tube is turned over and pressed against the inside surface of the pipe with an adhesive, and then glued. After the adhesive has hardened, the extension of the tube is peeled from the adhesive by pulling the traction means from the end of the conduit, and the tube is removed from the inside of the lining while being turned over so that the outside is on the inside. It is something to do.

FIG. 1 shows a lining device 1 used in one embodiment of the present invention, in which 2 is a cylindrical lining material, and 3 is a flexible tube having approximately the same diameter as the lining material 2. FIG. The tube 3 is twice as long as the lining material 2 and covers the entire length of the lining material 2, and the remaining tube extends forward from one end of the lining material 2. The other end of 2 coincides with one end of tube 3. The tube 3 extending forward from one end of the lining material 2 forms an extension portion 4 over a certain length, and a portion extending further forward forms a traction portion 5. The length of the traction portion 5 is slightly longer than the sum of the length of the lining material 2 and the length of the extension portion 4.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, adhesive 6 is applied to the inner surfaces of the lining material 2 and the extension part 4, folded flat, wound into a coil shape from the end of the traction part 5, and stored in the pressure vessel 7. do. Furthermore, the free end of this coiled lining member 1 is pulled out, and the free ends of the lining member 2 and tube 3 are fixed annularly between the pipe line 8 and the mouthpiece 9 of the pressure vessel 7. When pressure fluid is fed into the pressure vessel 7 in this state, fluid pressure acts on the rear part of the annular fixed part, and the folded part 10 of the lining material 2 and tube 3 is formed here.
Then, at this folded portion 10, the lining material 2
Then, the tube 3 is turned over so that the inside becomes the outside, and the folded portion 10 advances inside the conduit 8.
Then, the turned-over lining material 2 is inflated through the tube 3 by fluid pressure, and is pressed against the inner surface of the conduit 8 via the adhesive 6. Figure 2a
indicates this state.

When the lining material 2 and the portion of the tube 3 that covers the lining material 2 are all turned over, the extension part 4 of the tube 3 is subsequently turned over, and the tube is connected via the adhesive 6. It is pressed against the inner surface of 8. This situation is shown in FIG. 2b. As shown in FIG. 2b, the traction portion 5 of the tube 3 is inserted into the tube 3 which is pressed against the conduit 2.

In this state, the pipe line is heated as necessary to harden the adhesive 6. After the adhesive 6 has sufficiently hardened, when the pulling section 5 of the tube 3 is pulled from the end of the conduit 8 while applying a small amount of internal pressure, the extension section 4 of the tube 3 will peel off from the adhesive and move in the opposite direction. It is pulled out from the end of the conduit while being turned over so that the outside is inside. This situation is shown in FIG. 2c.

Then, in the same manner as in the previous embodiment, adhesive 6 is applied to the inner surface of the lining material 2 and the tube 3, and the other end of the lining material 2 is fixed to the end of the pipe line 8 in an annular shape. As shown in FIG. 4a, the folded portion 10 is advanced inside the pipe 8 while being turned over by fluid pressure, and the turned-over lining material 2 is pressed against the inner surface of the pipe 8 via the adhesive 6. When the lining material 2 is turned over over its entire length, the extension 4 of the tube 3 is subsequently turned over and pressed against the inner surface of the conduit 8 via the adhesive 6, as shown in FIG. 4b. Then, after the adhesive 6 is cured, when the tow string 11 is pulled from the end of the conduit 8, the tube 3 is bonded to the adhesive 6 as shown in FIG. 4c.
It is peeled off from the inner surface of the lining material 2, pulled out to the end of the conduit 8 by a pulling string, and removed to obtain a lined conduit as shown in FIG. 4d.

In the above explanation, only two embodiments have been shown, but in the previous embodiment, the traction portion 5 of the tube 3
Instead, it is also possible to connect the traction cord 11 as in the later embodiments, and in the later embodiments, instead of connecting the traction cord 11, it is possible to connect the traction cord 11 to the embodiment further from the tip of the extension portion 4 of the tube 3. It is also possible to extend the traction portion 5 as shown in FIG.

According to the present invention, after the lining material 2 is turned over over its entire length, at least the tip thereof is exposed to the tube 3.
Since the adhesive 6 hardens in this state, the tip of the lining material 2 is firmly adhered to the pipe line 8. Moreover, since the adhesive is applied further beyond the tip edge of the lining material 2, the lining material 2
The tip will not peel off from the conduit and turn up. Therefore, there is no need to perform peeling prevention treatment on the tip of the lining material 2, so that the desired lining can be applied by simply opening one side of the pipe.

Furthermore, since the adhesive is applied beyond the part to which the lining material is attached, a certain lining effect is produced in this part as well. Therefore, if the pipe has a complex structure that is difficult to line, such as an elbow, a T-shaped pipe, a three-way pipe, a four-way pipe, a service channel, etc., it should be lined with lining material 2 until immediately before the pipe, and the above-mentioned Adequate repairs can be made by applying adhesive alone to the inner surface of such structures.

Furthermore, according to the method of the previous embodiment, since the fluid in the pipe line and the pressure fluid for turning over are blocked by the tube 3 from the beginning to the end of the process, for example, in the gas pipe, the gas is blocked. It is characterized by the fact that construction can be carried out without using raw gas.
