装置においては、材料棚から酸洗装置までは地上
操作による手動運転とし、酸洗装置における各処
理槽間の移動のみを自動運転とする。

ーンの動作の全体図を表わす。クレーン本体1は
走行レール2を走行し、手動運転区間Aから自動

置でクレーン本体1に取付けられた連結軸7と自
動運転用の走行体4に取付けられたカム9とが連
結され、自動運転へと切替わる。なお、クレーン
の位置検出は、クレーン本体1と併行に移動する
走行体4からチエーン5を介して自動運転制御盤
6へ伝達されている。即ち、図示の如く、走行体
4に一端を固定したチエーン5は自動走行区間の
一端の位置検出器を通つて他端でUターンし、走
行体4に固定されている。走行体4の走行による
チエーン5の移動によつて、位置検出器は走行体
4即ちクレーン1の位置を検出する。自動運転制
御盤6は位置検出器からの信号によつてクレーン
1は自動運転区間において自動運転させる。

とおりストツパー11に当つて連結軸7はカム9
の切欠き部分に納まり、クレーン本体1と走行体
4との連結が完了し、それにより自動運転へと移
つて行く。
