[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a method for painting the upper surface of a corrugated tile, particularly a corrugated tile with a peak height of 30 mm or more. [Background Art] When painting the top surface of a corrugated tile 1 such as a conventional corrugated asbestos cement tile, a conveyor 2 is used as shown in FIG.
The corrugated tile 1 was continuously fed in a direction perpendicular to the direction of wave propagation of the corrugated tile 1, and the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile 1 was coated by a flow coater 3. However, when the paint 4 was applied with the flow coater 3, the paint 4 applied to the peaks 1a flowed to the valleys 1b as shown in Figure 2, causing a difference in film thickness between the peaks 1a and the valleys 1b. . For this reason, the film thickness of the paint 4 in the peak portions 1a is small and the material of the corrugated tile 1 is easily exposed, and the film thickness of the paint 4 in the valley portions 1b is large, causing the paint 4 film to bulge. In addition, when corrugated tiles are formed with a press, tensile stress is applied to the peaks 1a (arrow A in Figure 3).
direction) occurs. Therefore, the surface of the peaks 1a becomes rough and the paint 4 is sucked in, and the actual film thickness of the paint 4 is smaller than the calculated value, and the film thickness of the paint 4 on the peaks 1a is thinner than the film thickness of the paint 4 on the valleys 1b. Become. [Object of the Invention] The object of the present invention is to provide a method for coating corrugated tiles, which can coat the entire surface of the corrugated tiles so that the film thickness of the paint is uniform. [Disclosure of the Invention] The method for coating a corrugated tile according to the present invention is to apply a corrugated tile 1 to a corrugated tile 1.
Continuously send in a direction perpendicular to the direction of wave travel,
It is characterized in that the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile 1 is coated with a flow coater 3, and then the peak portion 1a of the upper surface of the corrugated tile 1 is coated with a spray 5,
By configuring as described above, the drawbacks of the conventional example are solved. That is, by first applying the paint 4 slightly thinly to the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile 1 using the flow coater 3, and then applying the paint 4 to the upper surface of the mountain portion 1a where the film thickness of the paint 4 is thinner using the spray 5. The paint 4 can be uniformly applied to the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile 1. The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. Reference numeral 2 denotes a conveyor for conveying the corrugated tiles 1, and a flow coater 3 extending across the width of the conveyor 2 is arranged above the conveyor 2. Mountain part 1 of corrugated tile 1
The sprays 5 are arranged to correspond to a. The corrugated tile 1 is an inorganic tile such as an asbestos-cement tile, and has alternating peaks 1a and valleys 1b, and the difference in height between the peaks 1a and valleys 1b is 30 mm or more. . The wave shape of the corrugated tile 1 includes a substantially sine curve shape as shown in FIG. 5a, and a wave shape with a slightly wider trough 1b as shown in FIG. 5b. When the corrugated tile 1 is fed on the conveyor 2 so that the direction perpendicular to the direction of wave propagation of the corrugated tile 1 is the feeding direction of the conveyor 2, the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile 1 is first coated by the flow coater 3. Ru. At this time, the paint 4 is coated so that the overall thickness of the coating film is thinner than that of the conventional flow coater 3. Next, the paint 4 is applied to the peaks 1a of the corrugated tile 1 using a sprayer 3 so that the coating thickness of the paint 4 is uniform over the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile 1. Next, a comparison between the product produced by the method of the present invention and the product produced by the conventional method was as follows.

In the present invention, as described above, the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile is coated with a flow coater, and then the crests on the upper surface of the corrugated tile are painted with a spray. By spray painting, the thickness of the paint film on the peaks can be increased, and the thickness of the paint film can be made uniform over the entire upper surface of the corrugated tile 1, thereby improving quality.
