植機用苗供給装置を構成してある。 As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a seedling stand 2 equipped with a seedling placing section on which pine-shaped seedlings are placed together with a seedling growing sheet 1 is attached to the body 3 so as to be able to slide left and right, and The planting device 4 is connected to the seedling planting device 4 so that it slides back and forth in accordance with the seedling planting movement, and each time the seedling platform 2 reaches the left and right sliding stroke ends, the pine-shaped seedlings are transferred to the seedling planting device 4. The seedling supply port 5 is opened by a distance corresponding to the length of seedling extraction by the planting claw 4a.
The seedling-raising sheet 1 is configured to be driven by a rotation angle necessary for transferring the seedlings so as to transfer the seedlings to the side.
A rotating body 6 configured to be engaged with the seedling tray 2, and a scraper 7 for separating the pine-shaped seedlings from the seedling-raising sheet 1 and guiding the separated pine-shaped seedlings to the seedling supply port 5 are attached to the seedling platform 2. , which constitutes a seedling supply device for a rice transplanter.

ろのマツト状苗が得られるように配慮してある。 When raising pine-shaped seedlings to be used in the rice transplanter, as shown in FIG. A large number of grooves 8 in the width direction of the seedlings are formed on the bottom surface of the seedbed soil at positions where the seedlings are placed, and recesses 9 are formed on the bottom surface side of the sheet for locking the locking and conveying claws of the rotating body 6. The ridges 10... and the plurality of flat surface portions 11 on which the scraper 7 is applied are placed in a series approximately perpendicular to the groove 8 and extending from one end to the other end in the seedling feeding direction. The seedling-raising sheet 1 is constructed by providing a plurality of flat surface portions 12 on the inner bottom surface of the sheet, and as shown in FIG. 4, the seedling-raising sheet is inserted into a seedling-raising box 13. 1, the bed soil is filled so that its surface is located above the upper end surface of the ridges 10, and the area between the ridges 10 in the filled bed soil is approximately at the same level as the upper end surface of the ridges 10. Sow the seeds in the locations located in the area. In other words, the part of the seedbed soil where the seedlings are cut by the seedling planting claws 4a is made thinner by the grooves 8, and most of the roots of the seedlings are not intertwined with the roots located between the adjacent ridges. Yoni protrusion 10
When the seedlings are cut into blocks by the seedling planting claws 4a, the division is easily and reliably performed even by a predetermined amount, and the portion of the seedbed soil on which the scraper 7 is applied can be easily and reliably separated. 11
is made thicker by the flat surface portion 12, and furthermore, a part of the seedling root passes above the ridge 10 and intertwines with a part of the seedling root between the adjacent ridges, so that the pine-shaped seedlings and the seedling-raising sheet By preventing the bed soil from cracking in the groove 8 when the bed soil is separated, the pine-shaped seedlings can be separated from the seedling-raising sheet 1 in a state where the bed soil is unlikely to crumble. Care has been taken to ensure that seedlings with good shape are obtained.

を特徴とする。 In summary, the method for sowing pine-shaped seedlings for a rice transplanter according to the present invention includes: protrusions 10 for forming grooves 8 on the bottom surface of the seedbed soil at positions corresponding to cutting when taking out seedlings by the seedling planting device 4; A series of flat surface portions 12 are provided on the inner bottom surface of each of the seedling raising tools to form a series of flat surface portions 11 substantially perpendicular to the grooves 8 on which a scraper 7 is applied to separate the pine-shaped seedlings from the seedling raising tool 1 on the bottom surface of the seedbed soil. The seedling raising tool 1 is filled with bedding soil such that its surface is located above the upper end surface of the ridges 10, and between the ridges 10 in the bed soil and between the ridges 10. It is characterized in that the seeds are sown at a location located approximately at the same level as the upper end surface of the plant.

ツト状苗を、容易に得られるようになつた。 In other words, in the case of pine-shaped seedlings obtained by the above-mentioned sowing method, since the part of the seedbed soil corresponding to the cutting of the seedling by the seedling planting device 4 becomes thin due to the groove 8, most of the roots of the seedling are adjacent to each other. Since the ridges 10 separate the seedlings so as not to entangle them with the roots of the seedlings located between the ridges, when the block-shaped seedlings are cut and taken out from the pine-shaped seedlings by the seedling planting device 4, the seedlings are separated by a predetermined amount. It becomes possible to easily and reliably divide the soil, and in addition, the part 1 on which the scraper 7 of the seedbed soil is applied
1 becomes thick due to the flat surface portion 12, furthermore, a part of the seedling root extends above the protrusion 10 toward between adjacent protrusions, and a part of the seedling root between the adjacent protrusions When the pine-shaped seedlings are peeled off from the seedling raising tool 1, the bed soil may crack at the groove 8, as shown in FIG. The shape-retaining effect of entangled seedling roots prevents the separation of seedlings from the seedling-raising tool 1 when the pine-shaped seedlings are taken out of the seedling-growing tool 1 artificially or by the seedling feeding device of a rice transplanter. It becomes possible to carry out the process easily in a state where soil collapse is unlikely to occur. Therefore, it is possible to easily peel off the seedlings from the seedling raising device 1 in a state where the bed soil does not collapse, and to easily and reliably take out a predetermined amount of seedlings by the seedling planting device 4, thereby preventing damage to the seedlings. It is now possible to easily obtain pine-shaped seedlings that are less likely to cause problems such as missing plants due to insufficient harvesting of seedlings.
