着部における雨水や海水等の侵入を阻止して、キ
ヤビン内の完全に雨水や海水等から保護するよう

縁材cを介在してねじ等の締着具dによつて締着
している。

材を介在させて締着具により連結するものにおい
て、前記連結部材の外方面に形成される係合部と
係合する長尺の被覆体によつて前記締着具の外方
突出側端部を包囲するとともに、この被覆体と締
着具との間に水密性充填材を充填し、又は介在さ
せたことを特徴とする構成部材締着部の水密構造
を提案するものである。

の異種金属で形成されて船舶すなわち漁船Bの床
B′上に起立する基礎部材2上にアルミニウム製形
材で形成される連結部材3を介し支持片3′をは
さんで立設されている。すなわち、構成部材1を
取り付ける断面がほぼコ字状の取り付け部4と、
この取り付け部4の底部から下方に向つて突出す
る連結脚部5とを有する連結部材3の連結脚部5
を基礎部材2の外側面に例えばシリコンゴム等の
絶縁材6を介在して当接するとともに、これら連
結脚部5と基礎部材2とをボルト、ナツト等の締
着具7をもつて締着固定してある。そして、外方
に露出する締着具7の突出側端部すなわちボルト
7aの頭部7a′を水密性充填材8及びアルミニウ
ムやプラスチツクの形材からなる長尺の被覆体9
とで被覆して、複数の締着部における水密性を維
持するようにしてある。この場合、連結脚部5の
外面における締着具取り付け部位に関して上下の
対称部位に互いに先端部が近接する係合爪10,
10を突設するとともに、これら係合爪10の先
端に設けた膨隆状の係合部10aの被覆体9の開
口端側に形成した係合部9aを係合させて、被覆
体9を取り付けるようになつている。一方、水密
性充填材8には例えばパテや発泡ポリウレタン等
が使用され、パテを使用する場合にはボルト7a
の頭部7a′にパテを塗布した後、被覆体9を取り
付け、また発泡ポリウレタンを使用する場合には
被覆体9を取り付けてボルト頭部7a′を包囲した
後、被覆体9とボルト7a′との間にポリウレタン
を発泡注入すればよく、これらはいずれも結果的
に被覆体9とボルト頭部7a′との間に充填密閉さ
れていればよい。また、水密性充填材8を被覆体
9の内部全体に充填しなくても、係合部10a付
近のみにシール材のように充填し、両端部のみ全
体的につめることも可能である。なお、4aは取

内側突出端部すなわちナツト7b側を被覆して、
締着具7の内方露出部の腐食を防止するととも
に、キヤビン内装部の美観を高めるようにしてあ
る。なお、内装板12には例えばビニル板のよう
な耐食性部材が使用される。また、第5図に示す
実施例は、連結部材3の取り付け部4の外側端部
に連結脚部5と対峙する係合爪10eを形成する
とともに、この係合爪10eと連結脚部5の下端
対向部位に係合部10f,10fを形成して、被
覆体9を下方から挿入して被覆体9の係合部9

するとともに、被覆体と締着具との間に水密性充
填材を充填密閉し、又は介在させて成るため、特
に風雨を伴う波浪の飛沫を受けるという悪条件下
においても、締着部からキヤビン内に侵入しよう
とする海水や雨水等を完全に阻止することがで
き、また締着具を完全に被覆してあるため、締着
具自体を耐食性に優れたステンレス鋼等の高価な
材質とする必要がなく、通常の材質で形成される
ボルト・ナツトあるいはリベツト等の締着具を使
用することができると共に、組み立てに当つても
複数の締着具が不等間隔にかつ、上下にズレて並
んでいても、一個の被覆体で、多くを迅速且つ、
確実に被覆でき、締着具の配設高さに応じて、任
意断面形状の被覆体を用いて、むだのない納まり
を容易に構成できるなどの優れた効果を有し、し
かも、露出部を被覆体で被覆してあるので、外観
の意匠的価値を高めることもでき、その利用価値
は顕著である。なおこの発明は必要に応じて船舶
以外の構造体にも適用可能である。
