は、2台目のマンドレルと帯板を引出すピンチロ
ールとの間の距離が長くなつてしまうので、やは
りダウンタイムとなつてしまう。

を備えて成る2系列のコイル巻戻し機構を前記ラ
インと夫々平行に且つ互いに相対峙するよう並設
したことを特徴とするコイル巻戻し装置、に係る
ものである。

ーム32の基部軸33を昇降フレーム28上に支
承せしめてあり、該基部軸33にはピニオン34
を取付け、且つ該ピニオン34と噛合するラツク
35を昇降フレーム28上に設置したシリンダ3
6に連結し、該シリンダ36の伸縮動によりラツ
ク35とピニオン34の噛合を介しアーム32を
旋回し得るようにしてあり、又アーム32の両端
には把持レバー37,37の中間部を枢着し、該
把持レバー37,37の下端間にシリンダ38を
設け、該シリンダ38の伸縮動により把持レバー
37,37を開閉してコイル7を把持し得るよう
