いる。 The present invention uses multiple types of yarn to change the type of yarn to be knitted at the end of the course or in the middle of the course to knit a flat knitted fabric having a striped pattern or other patterns.
In order to prevent the knitting yarn that has stopped knitting from lying on the knitting surface for a long time as a knitting suspended jumper yarn until it is knitted next time, when the knitting suspended jumper yarn is tacked onto the knitted fabric, it should be removed from the side of the knitted fabric. The object of the present invention is to fix the knitting suspended jumping thread to the knitted fabric by guiding the knitting stopped jumping thread to the needle to be tacked, without operating the needle separately from the knitting operation.

作業を行なつていた。 For example, when knitting gloves or the like in a bag-knitted manner using a flat knitting machine in which front and rear needle beds are arranged opposite each other in a chevron pattern, the yarn feeder that feeds the first knitting yarn to a predetermined course is connected to the needle bed. The second knitting yarn is fed to the needles by the yarn feeder that was waiting at the yarn feeder standby position on the side when knitting the fabric with the next second knitting yarn. The yarn feeder, which had been feeding the first knitting yarn, enters the yarn feeder standby position and stands by. Then, course knitting is performed appropriately using the second knitting yarn, but during this time, other knitting yarns including the first knitting yarn other than the second knitting yarn are knitted until the respective knitting yarns are fed next time. It lies on the ground for a long time and becomes a knitting suspended thread. For this reason, in the case of bag knitting of gloves, etc., after knitting, this knitting suspended jump yarn is cut at the center, and both ends of the yarn are drawn into the bag knitting and pasted onto the stitches.

No. (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-120844), Patent Application No. 57-3720
(Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-120845), the method and device described above require that the needle be used in the normal knitting process to lock the knitting suspended jump yarn to the knitted fabric during knitting. In addition to the operation of moving the needle up and down with a lock, a double jack is installed on the needle, and a separate tab jack is used to move the needle up and down in order to lock the knitting suspended crossover yarn to the needle. In order to lock the knitting suspended jump yarn to the needle, the yarn feeder for the knitting suspended jump yarn had to be moved from the yarn feeder standby position to the needle position separately from the knitting yarn feeder.

A knitting stop jump thread insertion device 10 is provided on the side surface of the top of the front and rear needle beds 2 and 3 provided opposite to the above-mentioned chevron shape, and on an extension of the center line C of the front and rear needle beds 2 and 3 facing each other. . The knitting pause jumper thread insertion device 10 is configured as follows. 1
Reference numeral 1 denotes a sliding plate, which is held on both sides by guide members 12, 13, and 14, and is supported so as to be able to reciprocate on a center line C by means to be described later. A U-shaped concave notch 15 is provided at the end of the sliding plate 11 near the front and rear needle beds 2 and 3, and a jump thread guide member 17 for guiding the knitting suspended jump thread is provided inside the cutout part 15 using a support pin 16. Supports swinging freely. The crossover thread guide member 17 has a locking portion 18 formed of a V-shaped notch at its distal end, and a tapered surface 19 at its base end. 20 is a cross thread guiding member holding plate;
It is provided integrally with the sliding plate 11 at the end of the sliding plate 11 so as to support the crossover thread guiding member 17 from below. A small hole 21 is provided in each of the crossing thread guiding member 17 and the crossing thread guiding member pressing plate 20 so as to face each other, and a spring 22 is built in the small hole 21.
Due to the elastic force, the crossover thread guide member 17 is pivoted clockwise in FIG. 2 about the support pin 16, and the locking portion 18 is urged upward. On the other hand, a pin 23 is provided to protrude from the side surface of the crossover thread guide member 17, and the tip of the pin 23 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the crossover thread guide member guide cam 24. The crossover thread guide member guide cam 24 is installed parallel to the center line C, and its tip, that is, the portion near the needle beds 2 and 3, has a cam surface 25 inclined upward. Therefore, as the sliding plate 11 moves to the left in FIG. 1 and FIG.
5, the elastic force of the spring 22 causes the jumper thread guide member 17 to pivot clockwise around the pin 16 and lift the locking portion 18 upward.

第5図、第6図においても同様である。 Here, as shown in FIG. 4, the thread 51 was knitted up to the course, but the knitting was switched to the thread 52 in the course, and the crossover thread 60 was applied once every two courses to the little finger side end of the rear needle bed 3. Second needle from 5 2
An example of how to tackle this will be explained below. In the structure of the knitted fabric shown in FIG. 4, the starting position for each course is the chain line S between the wales knitted by the front and rear needles 4 and 5.
The same applies to FIGS. 5 and 6.

は全くない。 During the above knitting, the crossover thread insertion device 10 does not operate at all. That is, as the carriage 6 moves, the locking pin 32 also reciprocates via the locking pin holding member 34, but the center cam 41 maintains the lowered state because the solenoid shaft 43 of the solenoid 42 is pushed out during normal knitting. The cam surfaces 44 and 45 of the center cam 41 are located within the locus of the reciprocating motion of the locking pin 32. At this time, since the sliding plate 11 of the crossover thread insertion device 10 is positioned away from the needle beds 2 and 3 as shown by the solid line in FIG. 1, the locking protrusion 30 of the sliding plate 11 is centered It overlaps the cam 41 vertically and is hidden under the center cam 41. Therefore, even if the locking pin 32 moves back and forth due to the reciprocating movement of the carriage 6, the locking pin 32 is pushed by the cam surfaces 45, 44 of the center cam 41 and sinks into the holding member 34, and is locked. The pin 32 does not engage with the locking protrusion 30 of the sliding plate 11, and the sliding plate 11 does not move at all.

stops at the yarn feeder standby position 50, and then the yarn feeder 56 starts to move as the carriage moves and feeds the yarn 52 to the front needle 4. This results in
The yarn 51 that had been knitting until then is transferred to a crossover yarn 60 between the yarn feeder 55 at the standby position 50 and the knitted fabric.
It has become like a bridge. At this time, the needles 4 of the front needle bed 2 are operated by the left movement of the carriage 6, the front side fabric 61 is knitted by the front needles 4, and the carriage 6
Due to the reversal transition, the rear knitted fabric 61 is knitted by the rear needles 5 of the rear needle bed 3,
A bag-shaped knitted fabric is constructed.

That is, the crossover thread insertion device 10 is activated when the carriage 6 moves to the left. The activation timing of the crossover thread insertion device 10 is determined in advance by using a memory member and activating the solenoid 42 in conjunction with the operation of the carriage 6. In the example shown in FIG. 4, when organizing the course, the solenoid 42 is memorized to operate, and the operation of the solenoid 42 moves the center cam 41 from within the movement trajectory of the locking pin 32. raise. Then, when the carriage 6 is at the right-hand end, the locking pin 32 that was in contact with the cam surface 38 of the guide member 14, pushed into the holding member 34, and disconnected from the locking protrusion 31, is removed from the carriage. 6 moves to the left, protrudes while contacting the cam surface 38, enters between the locking protrusion 30 and the cam surface 31, and engages the center cam 41.
is raised, so it does not come into contact with it but contacts the locking protrusion 30, and the sliding plate 11 is in the solid line state in FIG.
is moved to the left as shown by the dashed line in FIG. The locking pin 32 is connected to the cam surface 37 of the guide member 13.
The sliding plate 11 is pressed into the holding member 34 by the cam surface 37 and stops in order to break the engagement with the locking protrusion 30 . Therefore, the position of the left end of the sliding plate 11 is the position where the engagement between the locking pin 32 and the locking protrusion 30 is cut off, and that position
It can be changed arbitrarily by appropriately changing the position of the cam surface 37 of No. 3. This change is made when selecting which needle of the rear needle bed to tack the crossover thread 60, starting from the needle at the end on the little finger side.

The operation has been completed and the needle has been lowered, and on the other hand, the rear needle 5 near the little finger side end of the rear needle bed 3 has not been locked. In this state, when the carriage 6 is reversed from the left end and moved to the right, the rear needle 5 is raised by the carriage lock (not shown), but the thread locking portion 18 of the crossover thread guide member 17 is on the little finger side. Second needle 5 from the end
When the needle 52 has risen to the tack position because the crossover thread 60 has been pushed to the top of the needle 52 , the rear needle 5 is pushed in by the crossover thread guiding member 17.
The crossover thread 60 held on the upper part of 2 is now hooked. (See FIG. 1) The rear needle 52 is then raised further by the action of the lock caused by the rightward movement of the carriage 6, so that it engages the jumper thread 60 in the lower shank portion of the latch.
