For example, hangars for large airplanes are generally huge. Therefore, the structure must be simple and rigid, maintenance-free, and durable. Considering the structural style and materials that meet these conditions, a composite of a semi-cylindrical steel body and a concrete dome is optimal. However, constructing a concrete dome using conventional construction methods takes time and effort, leading to increased costs.

A method of constructing a concrete dome will be explained based on the above configuration. First, both carts 5 are positioned and fixed at both ends of the guide frame 4, respectively. Next, both traveling vehicles 3 are made to face one end of the semi-cylindrical body 1, and then both traveling vehicles 3 are driven, for example, in the direction of arrow A. At the same time, each pump 10 is operated,
Fresh concrete is supplied to each truck 5 via a hose 11, and the compressor of each truck 5 is operated to spray the fresh concrete onto the outer peripheral surface of the semi-cylindrical body 1 from a nozzle 12. Both traveling vehicles 3 are semi-cylindrical bodies 1
Once they are at the position facing the other end, both carts 5 are slightly moved in the direction of arrow C, and both carts 5 are fixed to the guide frame 4 again. Next, both traveling vehicles 3 are driven in the direction of arrow B, and the same operation as above is performed. By repeating the above-mentioned operations, band-shaped concrete walls 13 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the semi-cylindrical body 1 in order from the bottom, and when both carts 5 stand at the upper center end of the guide frame 4, A concrete dome will be constructed.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 5 to 9. 15 is a semi-cylindrical body 1 arranged so as to straddle the semi-cylindrical body 1 at a constant interval from each other.
This is a fixed guide frame having a larger diameter, and in this embodiment, it is disposed facing both ends and the center of the semi-cylindrical body 1. 16 is the guide frame 15
A traveling vehicle is disposed in pairs so as to be able to run freely in the directions of arrows C and D, and includes a traveling vehicle body 17, a pair of flanged wheels 18 that come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the guide frame 15, and a traveling vehicle body 17. An engagement roller 20 is rotatably supported by arms 19 disposed at both ends of both side surfaces of the guide frame 15 and engages with the flange of the guide frame 15 to prevent the traveling vehicle 16 from coming off the guide frame 15. have 21 is semi-cylindrical body 1
22 is a guide plate with a flange provided between each of the traveling vehicles 16 on the outer surface of the connecting plate 21, and 23 is a guide plate that connects the three traveling vehicles 16 facing each other along the axial direction of the connecting plate 21. Arrow A on the board 22,
The trolley is disposed to be movable in direction B, and includes a trolley body 24, a pair of flanged wheels 25 that contact the side edges of the guide plate 22, and a pair of flanged wheels 25 disposed at both ends of both side surfaces of the trolley body 24. Bracket 2 provided on arm 26
7 and an engagement roller 28 which is rotatably supported by the guide plate 22 and comes into contact with both sides of the guide plate 22 to prevent the cart 23 from coming off the guide plate 22. At least one of them is rotationally driven by a drive motor (not shown) in the truck body 24, thereby causing the truck 23 to move as indicated by the arrow A.
It moves in direction B. Of the three traveling vehicles 16 connected by the connecting plate 21, at least one of the flanged wheels 18 at both ends is rotationally driven by a drive motor (not shown) in the traveling vehicle body 17. Accordingly, the three traveling vehicles 16 move as one in the directions of arrows C and D.

As described above, according to the method of constructing a concrete dome of the present invention, a steel semi-cylindrical body is disposed, a trolley is opposed to the outer peripheral surface of the semi-cylindrical body, and the trolley is moved in the circumferential direction of the semi-cylindrical body. This is because the concrete is moved appropriately along the axial direction of the semi-cylindrical body, and the fresh concrete sent from the concrete mixer pump to the above-mentioned trolley via the hose is sprayed from the nozzle of the trolley toward the outer peripheral surface of the semi-cylindrical body. Even a huge dome can be easily constructed in a relatively short period of time, and costs can be reduced. In addition, the constructed composite body consisting of a concrete dome and a steel semi-cylindrical body has excellent buckling resistance, weather resistance, durability, earthquake resistance, impact resistance, heat insulation, sound insulation, airtightness, and crack resistance. It can be made taller and thinner, and the amount of reinforcement and reinforcement work can be reduced. Furthermore, since the semi-cylindrical body serves as a concrete formwork, construction is greatly simplified.
