とによつて構成してある。また、上記V型支持部
材8のV型溝8aと平担型支持部材9の平担面9
aの高さは、そのV型溝8aと平担面9aとで支
承したコンロツド3の先端部のピン孔5aのセン
タAと基端部のピン孔6aのセンタBとが、同一

加工方法によるから、多数のコンロツドを能率良
くホーニング加工できることは勿論のことであ
る。特に一方のピン孔にパイロツトバーを挿入し
他方のピン孔を加工するのでピン孔間のピツチの
バラツキを高精度に矯正でき、またコンロツドを
パイロツトバーを基準として上下方向に揺動可能
に支持台上に載置しかつフローテイング可能なホ
ーニングツールでスタツクホーニングするからピ
ン孔の平行度およびねじれ等を高精度に矯正で

て昇降させる制止片によつて上記V型支持部材に
押圧制止するようにし、上記平担型支持部材に支
承された多数のコンロツドの他方のピン孔をフロ
ーテイング可能のホーニングツールによつてスタ
ツクホーニングするようにしてあるから、上記こ
の発明の加工方法の特長を十分に期待することの
できるコンパクトで製作の容易なコンロツドのス
タツクホーニング装置を提供することができるも

記コンロツドの他方のピン孔部を支持する平担型
支持部材と、該横倒し状態のコンロツド群の両側
部のコンロツド側部を支持し、コンロツドのピン
孔の軸線と同一方向の移動を規制するコンロツド
規制部材と、上記割出回転テーブルの近くに設置
された昇降加圧シリンダによつて昇降しホーニン
グツールの配置されたホーニング加工位置におい
て上記V型支持部材上のパイロツトバーの両端部
外周を制止する制止片を備えて成ることを特徴と
するコンロツドのスタツクホーニング装置。[Scope of Claims] 1.
