BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Tools using various types of brushing materials have already been provided for brushing materials for surface grinding of rolled steel plates and for removing and grinding burrs generated during grinding of metal products. It is also already known that metal wires used as brushing materials for grinding have excellent grinding effects. Grinding brushing materials other than metal wire are sensitive to heat and are therefore not suitable for grinding at high speed rotation or for grinding the surface of metal plates that are rolled at high temperatures.Grinding tools using metal wire are If the metal wire is too stiff, it will damage the surface to be ground, and the tip of the tool for grinding will tend to spread out, and if it spreads out like that, it will no longer be useful for grinding, but will instead damage other surfaces. , its drawbacks were very large.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide an excellent grinding tool, this invention consists of stranding a required number of thin strong metal wires such as piano wire, arranging several of the strands in a specific width, Thin metal wires that bind the lined strands are braided on the parallel strands in a diagonal pattern and each strand is alternately passed through to form one grinding material. It is characterized by inserting the folded part that is folded in half across the core wire into a shaped clamping bracket, and clamping and fixing the core wire into the bracket. The braided metal wire applied on top of it strongly maintains its width and allows it to be clamped into the clamping fitting.
Not only can it be used for grinding high-temperature products, but it can also be used for deburring metal products at high speeds without collapsing its shape, making it an excellent grinding tool.

As shown in Fig. 1, the grinding material designated by the overall reference numeral 1 is a thin steel wire 10 such as piano wire, for example,
A number of fibers of about 0.1 m/m, for example, about 5 to 6 fibers are bundled together and twisted together.
Approximately 6 pieces are arranged in a line with a specific width, for example, about 7 to 8 m/m, and the parallel body is placed in 4 to 5 pieces from above.
Each stranded wire 11 is passed alternately through thin metal wires 12, 12, . Note that the size of the material 1 and the thickness of each thin wire 10, stranded wire 11, or braided thin wire 12 are changed depending on the purpose of grinding. Each of the thin metal wires 10 and 12 is plated for rust prevention, and the entire grinding material 1 is bent in a waveform as shown in FIG. 2 to prevent the braided thin wire 12 from moving on the stranded wire 11. Needless to say, various improvements may be made to extend the service life of the product.

Simply line up the grinding materials 1 as shown in Figure 3 and attach the metal fittings 2.
What is fixed to becomes a thin grinding surface of the grinding material 1, and therefore, by running a tool in the longitudinal direction of the metal fitting 2, it is possible to perform grinding and deburring within a narrow groove.

When the grinding materials 1 to be lined up are lined up so that the right side of the adjacent material 1 overlaps the left side of the material 1 on the right and clamped to the metal fitting 2, the grinding surface will be a grinding surface that is slightly thicker than the previous one. becomes. If you require the grinding surface to be even thicker, use 2 pieces of grinding material 1, 3 pieces
By stacking the two sheets and clamping them on the metal fitting 2, a ground surface that can immediately meet the requirements can be obtained. In that case, the clamping metal fittings 2 also need to be sized accordingly. If the length of the grinding material 1 protruding above the metal fitting 2 is too long and there is a risk of causing back weakness, the part directly above the metal fitting 2 shall be fixed and reinforced with adhesive paint or the like to the required height.

FIG. 5 shows an example in which the grinding tool of the present invention is used for surface grinding of a rolled metal plate. Place the tool in holder 6
The support height of the holder 6 is adjusted to the required thickness and length, and the strength with which the grinding surface contacts the surface of the rolling plate A is controlled, thereby removing scale generated on the plate surface A and removing scale from the plate surface. This is for grinding A.

FIG. 6 shows that the grinding tool shown in FIG. 3 or 4 is made into a rotating body by wrapping two parts of its metal fittings around the circumferential surface of a rotating disk 7 and fixing the grinding tool to a metal product B. In addition, the burr B' is removed and the groove C is ground.

As described above, in the grinding tool of the present invention, a flat grinding material 1 is formed of a bundle 11 of strong metal fine wires 10 such as piano wire, and the material 1 is entirely braided with fine wires 12 similar to the metal wires 10. Because they are bundled, even if the surface to be ground is rotated at high speed and ground, or even if the surface is brought into contact with the surface of a high-heat product and the surface is ground, the ground surface will not collapse, making the surface to be ground beautiful and beautiful. It was possible to finish quickly, and it was possible to create an excellent tool for use in automatic grinding machines.
