設ける方法も有効であるが、充分な強度を得るた
めには、リブ巾が大きくなり、流通断面積を縮小
する。また補強リブを合成樹脂で一体成形するに
はブロー成形その他の金型が複雑になり、別部品

たもので、特別な部品、補器を用いず、また別段
の加工工程を加えないで、金属補強リブを簡単に
開口部に掛け渡すことができる。したがつて、軽
量で、かつ剛性の高い中空樹脂体を生産性よく、
低コストで提供できる効果がある。

着によつて接合するようにした開口部を有する中
空樹脂体において、上記開口部を横切るように接
合面を設定し、接合面に沿わせる高周波誘導加熱
用金属ワイヤを開口部にもこれを横切つて掛け渡
し、溶着加工後そのまま開口部に存在させたこと
を特徴とする中空樹脂体の補強装置。1.
