- 62284, etc., but the conventional loading and unloading work method in such warehouse equipment is to install two elevators parallel to each other in the crane traveling direction on the elevating carriage, as described in the above-mentioned known example. It was necessary to use a special, large crane equipped with cargo handling means (such as a running fork).
That is, since conventional general cranes cannot be used, the equipment cost is extremely high.

のものである。 An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on illustrative drawings. In FIGS. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes shelves erected on both sides of the crane passage 2, each of which has a shelf at an appropriate height or higher at one end. Equipped with long object storage sections 3 provided at equal intervals in the vertical direction, and short object storage sections 4 provided at equal intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions in the remaining space, each storage section 3, 4 has the following: Two load support parts 7 and 8, inside and outside, each having a pair of left and right load receivers 5 and 6 are provided. Reference numeral 9 denotes a loading/unloading loading platform provided in the space below the lowermost elongated object storage section 3 of one of the shelves 1, and is movable in a direction perpendicular to the crane path 2 by a guide rail 10. . Reference numeral 11 denotes a temporary shipping stand provided in a space below the lowermost elongated object storage section 3 on the other shelf 1.
These loading and unloading cargo receiving tables 9 and temporary shipping tables 11 are configured to be able to support both long loads 12 and short loads 13 at both left and right ends (both ends in the length direction). Reference numeral 14 denotes a loading/unloading crane that travels in the crane passage 2, and a running fork 16 is provided on the elevating carriage 15 so as to be able to move in and out of the shelf 1 on either the left or right side. This running fork 16 has a double stroke that can select the stroke for entering and exiting the inner load support section 7 of each storage section 3 and 4 of the shelf 1, and the stroke for entering and exiting the outer load support section 8. It is a reach type.

If it is empty, the crane 1 is moved to the home position at one end of the crane passage 2 (the intermediate position between the loading platform 9 and the temporary shipping platform 11).
After returning the crane 4, the load previously transferred onto the loading platform 9 is transferred onto the carriage 15 by raising and lowering the carriage 15 and moving the running form 16 in and out, and then the crane 14 is placed on the shelf again. The carriage is run to the address A, and the load on the carriage 15 is transferred to the shelf A by raising and lowering the carriage 15 and moving the running fork 16 in and out. If shelf A is stocked, crane 1

First, the crane 14 is moved to the address of shelf B with no cargo, and the carriage 15 is raised to the level of shelf B, and the state of stock on the shelf A in front is detected. If shelf A is empty, then it is detected whether shelf B on the back side is empty or not, and if it is empty, the crane 14 is temporarily returned to the home position and the load on the loading platform 9 is transferred to shelf A. The crane 14 is used to store the goods in the shelf B in the same manner as in the warehousing operation. Shelf A
When there is a load on the shelf B, the load is once transferred onto the carriage 15 by a running fork 16, and then it is detected whether or not the shelf B is empty. If shelf B is empty, the crane 14 is returned to its home position, the load on the carriage 15 is unloaded onto the temporary shipping platform 11, and then the load on the opposite loading platform 9 is moved to the crane as described above. At 14, the products are stocked on shelf B. If there is a load on shelf B, carry 1
After returning the load on 5 to shelf A, crane 1

As shown in Figure 7, with the crane 14 moved to the address of shelf B and the carriage 15 raised to the level of shelf B, the unloading work from shelf A is carried out in the same manner as during the loading work. The inventory status and the inventory status of the shelf B are detected, and when the shelf A is empty and the shelf B is loaded, the load on the shelf B is carried out to the loading platform 9 by a crane 14. Shelf A, B
If there is a load on either shelf A, use crane 14 to move it to shelf A.
The load is temporarily unloaded onto the temporary shipping platform 11, and then the load on the shelf B is carried out onto the receiving platform 9 using the crane 14, and the load on the temporary shipping platform 11 is transferred to the original shelf A using the crane 14. .

Loading and unloading loading tables and temporary shipping tables are placed opposite each other on the same level so as to sandwich the loading and unloading tables, and between each load support section at two locations inside and outside of the shelf and the loading loading and unloading loading tables and temporary shipping tables. In a warehouse facility equipped with a crane for loading and unloading, when a load is stored in an outer load support part with the load being supported by the inner load support part adjacent to the crane passage, or the outer load support part When unloading from the warehouse, the crane first moves the load on the inner load support part to the temporary shipping platform, and then the crane performs loading/unloading work to the outer load support part,
Thereafter, the cargo on the temporary shipping platform is returned to the shelf.

ことが出来る。 According to the warehouse loading/unloading method of the present invention,
Loading and unloading operations for the two load support parts on the outside and outside of the shelves are carried out using a crane that is used in conventional general warehouse equipment, that is, it has one elevating and lowering carriage equipped with only one load transfer means (running fork, etc.). It can be easily carried out using a crane as is, and the equipment cost can be significantly reduced compared to conventional methods that require a special large crane. Moreover, since the temporary shipping platform is installed as described above, for example, after the load on the inner load support section on the crane aisle side is once transferred to the temporary shipping platform, the load on the loading/unloading loading platform on the opposite side is received by the crane and stored. Or, when a crane unloads a cargo onto a loading/unloading loading dock, the crane picks up the cargo temporarily stored on the temporary shipping deck on the opposite side and stores it.
Since it is possible to immediately move on to the work of receiving cargo from the loading/unloading receiving platform or the temporary shipping platform on the opposite side without moving the crane, the work can be performed relatively efficiently.
