In other words, when increasing the capacity of the bucket, if the weight of the bucket becomes too large, the attachment part to the chain or belt will lack strength, and if the moving speed of the bucket increases, the introduction of powder and granules will not be carried out smoothly. However, when introducing the powder or granular material, the bucket may not be filled, leading to a decrease in the amount of transport. Furthermore, increasing the number of buckets is not possible in existing bucket elevators and can only be adopted in newly installed elevators. Even in that case, the total height of the bucket elevator changes, and the introduction position or discharge position of the powder must be changed. In addition, there were some bucket bags that had an auxiliary plate installed inside them parallel to the front plate, but these could only slightly increase the holding capacity.

In a box-shaped bucket that has a front plate that maintains an interval, and the rear plate and the front plate are integrally connected by the side walls on both sides, powder and granules protrude upward from the upper edge of the side plate on the outer surface of the upper part of both side plates. A guide plate is provided to prevent it from overflowing to the sides, the front edge of the side plate is extended further forward than the front plate, the front edge of the side plate is kept at a predetermined distance from the front plate, and the lower edge is almost aligned with the bottom. The partition plate is fixed in parallel with the front plate. The buckets are attached to chains or belts so as to be located in multiple positions above and below and are moved in circulation, and at the bottom of the bucket elevator, the powder and granules are introduced into the space surrounded by the rear plate, side plates, and front plate. , it is also introduced into the space between the front plate and the partition plate and transported to a high place. At this time, since the bottom of the space is open, the powder introduced into the space between the front plate and the partition plate is placed on top of the powder introduced into the bucket located below. It is transported to a high place while riding on a car. The bucket cart is moved linearly to a high place and gradually moves in a circular motion. When the bucket cart shifts to a circular motion, the powder and granules introduced into the space between the front plate and the partition plate are The powder falls from the opening at the bottom of the cavity onto the powder introduced into the bucket located below.
Piled up. When the bucket is further moved in the circumferential direction, the powder inside the bucket is discharged at a high place.

has a bottom and is open at the top, forming a cavity 5 surrounded by a peripheral wall extending integrally from the bottom plate 3. The peripheral wall includes a rear plate 7 serving as a mounting surface for the chain or belt 13 of the bucket elevator, left and right side plates 9 connected to the rear plate 7, and a front plate facing the rear plate 7 at a predetermined interval and connected to the left and right side plates 9. It is formed by a plate 11. The front plate 11 has a bucket 1 in order to facilitate the discharge of the powder introduced into the cavity 5.
The distance between the rear plate 7 and the front plate 11 is large at the top of the bag, and the distance between the rear plate 7 and the front plate 11 is large at the bottom of the bucket 1.
It is tilted so that the distance between the That is, the space 5 in the bucket 1 is provided so that its cross-sectional area is wider at the upper part of the bucket 1 and wider at the lower part of the bucket 1.

The upper edge 19 of 7 projects upward from the upper edge 21 of the side plate 9 by a predetermined length. The inner width of the left and right guide plates 17 is set larger than the outer width of the side plate 9 of the bucket cart 1 so that the lower part of the bucket cart 1 located above the bucket cart 1 can fit therein. The side plate 9 is extended so as to protrude further forward than the front plate 11, and has a front edge 23 of the side plate 9 that is substantially parallel to the front plate 11 at a predetermined distance, and a lower edge that is substantially aligned with the bottom 3. A partition plate 25 is fixed, and a space 27 is formed between the partition plate 25 and the front plate 11. Both the upper and lower parts of the cavity 27 are open, and the granular material is introduced into the cavity 27 from the upper opening 29 and discharged from the lower opening 31.

32を全量排出する。 The chain or belt 13 curves above the bucket elevator, so that the motion of the bucket shifts from a linear motion to a circular motion. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, as the bucket 1 tilts, the powder 32 stored in the empty space 27 moves from the lower opening 31 onto the powder 32 stored in the lower bucket 1. It falls and is gradually piled up on the powder 32. The powder 32 is prevented from overflowing to the side by the guide plate 17. When the chain or belt 13 further rotates, all of the powder 32 in the empty space 27 is piled up on the powder 32 of the bucket 1 located below, and the empty space 27 of the bucket 1 located above is piled up. The powder body 32 moves further in the flattened state, and the entire amount of the powder 32 is discharged near the end of the circular motion. Then, the bucket 1 on which the powder and granular material 32 that has fallen from the bucket 1 located above is piled up also moves in a circular motion in the same manner as described above, and the entire amount of the powder and granular material 32 is discharged at almost the end of the circular motion.
