In other words, with the rail derailment detection device proposed earlier,
Detection rollers arranged on the left and right sides of the counterweight or the car are always pressed and engaged with the guide rail by roller pressure springs, and when the rail comes off, the detection rollers come off the guide rail. The spring force that presses the roller against the guide rail presses the gripping shoe of the gripping mechanism to grip the wire rope for detecting rail departure. That is, the rail release response mechanism using the detection roller and the gripping mechanism were completely linked to operate by a common spring. For this reason, when the detection roller detaches from the guide rail and rides on something when it comes off the rail, the spring force does not act on the gripping shoe of the gripping mechanism, and as a result, even though it has come off the rail, the detection roller is not able to detect it. Since the wire rope could not be grasped, there was a risk that the rail-off detection could not be performed.

Therefore, in this invention, the gripping mechanism has its own rope gripping spring which is regulated by a latch during normal times, and when the rope is off the rail, the latch of the gripping mechanism is released in conjunction with the off-rail movement of the detection roller, and the The object of the present invention is to provide a mechanism in which the mechanism obtains a rope gripping force using a unique rope gripping spring, thereby making the configuration relatively simple and capable of reliably performing a rail-off detection operation.

In other words, the configuration of the present invention is such that a wire rope for detecting rail derailment is stretched vertically in an elevator hoistway via a support spring, and a roller for detecting derailing is attached to a counterweight or a car, and this roller is attached to a guide rail. A rail derailing response mechanism is provided which has a roller pressure contact spring that is constantly pressed into engagement with the rail, and when the counterweight or the car comes off the rail, the rail derailing detection roller comes off from the guide rail. A gripping mechanism is provided for grasping the wire rope for detecting rail derailment, and when the wire rope for derailing detection is grabbed by the gripping mechanism and displaced up and down with the movement of the counterweight or car, the detector is activated to detect derailment. In the elevator derailment detection device, the above-mentioned gripping mechanism is provided on a support base fixed to a counterweight or a car, and attached to the support base and disposed at a position in front of the rail derailment detection wire rope. The fixed side grabs and shows,

To describe the operation of the rail derailment detection device configured as described above, first, the left and right rail derailment response mechanisms 1
5 and 15, the detection roller 19 is maintained in a rolling state by being pressed into contact with the guide rail 2 by the roller pressure spring 20, and does not operate the gripping mechanism 14 at all. . However, if balance weight 1 should come off the rail,
The detection roller 19 of the rail-off response mechanism 15 on the side where the rail has come off comes off the guide rail 2, and performs a rail-off operation in which it rotates outward together with the roller lever 18 under the elastic pressure of the roller pressure contact spring 20. In accordance with this, the interlocking link 21 of the latch release interlocking member is pulled, and the latch release lever 33 is pulled. Now either one or both of the left and right latch release levers 33, 33 are in the second position.
By being rotated as shown in the imaginary line in the figure, the latch 31 of the gripping mechanism 14 is rotated against the normal pressure spring 29 and is removed from the upper end of the movable lever 26. With this, the movable lever 26 rotates forward due to the elastic pressure of its own rope gripping spring 28 and strongly presses the movable side gripping shoe 27 forward, and this movable side gripping shoe 27 causes the fixed side gripping shoe 23, 24 to move forward. The wire rope 7 for detecting rail derailment is securely gripped from the front and back in a staggered manner between the rails. As a result, the wire rope 7 for detecting rail deviation is displaced in the same direction as the movement direction of the counterweight 1, that is, upward or downward, and the detector 12 is activated in response to the detection cam 11 moving accordingly. It will now detect when the rails are off the rails.

In other words, when the rail is released, either the left or right rail removal response mechanism 15, 15 causes a pulling action, even temporarily, and the latch 31 of the gripping mechanism 14 is activated by the interlocking link 21, which is the interlocking member for releasing the latch, and the lever 33 for releasing the latch. Once it is pulled off, the grasping mechanism 14 securely grips the wire rope 7 for detecting rail derailment by the elastic pressure of the rope gripping spring 28 independently provided by the gripping mechanism 14 regardless of the derailing response mechanisms 15, 15, and maintains that state. This prevents the rope gripping function of the gripping mechanism 14 from being lost even if the detection roller 19 climbs onto something after being separated from the guide rail 2. Furthermore, the structures of the rail release response mechanism 15 and the gripping mechanism 14 can be relatively simplified, and most parts can be easily constructed from inexpensive iron plates or the like.

2 rotates, and accordingly, the latch 35 is pulled off from the upper end of the movable lever 43 via the roller 40 against the normal pressure spring 39. When the rail comes off, the gripping mechanism 34 uses the pressing force of the unique rope gripping spring 44 to ensure that the movable side gripping shoe 45, together with the fixed side gripping shoes 46 and 47, secures the wire rope 48 for detecting the rail coming off. This makes it possible to accurately detect rail deviations.

1. A wire rope for detecting rail derailment is stretched vertically in the elevator hoistway via a support spring,
The counterweight or the car is provided with a rail-off response mechanism having a rail-off detection roller and a roller pressure contact spring that constantly presses and engages this roller with the guide rail, and when the counterweight or the car comes off the rail, the rail-off response mechanism is provided. A gripping mechanism is provided that grips the wire rope for detecting rail derailment in conjunction with the derailing operation in which the roller for derailing detection comes off the guide rail, and the grasping mechanism grips the wire rope for detecting rail derailment and removes the counterweight or the ride. In an elevator derailing detection device configured to detect derailing by activating a detector when the car is vertically displaced as the car moves, the gripping mechanism is comprised of a counterweight or a support fixed to the car; A fixed side gripping shoe attached to a support stand and arranged at the front side of the wire rope for detecting rail departure, and a movable side gripping shoe arranged at the rear side of the wire rope for detecting rail departure opposite to the fixed side gripping shoe. With this movable grip shoe mounted and supported on the front part, a movable lever is provided that can be rotated in the front and back direction by pivoting the base end to the support base, and this movable lever is constantly pressed. a rope gripping spring that is rotated forward to grip the wire rope for rail derailment detection between the movable side gripping shoe and the fixed side gripping shoe on the front side; and a latch that locks onto the tip of the movable lever and holds the movable lever in a rearward rotating position against a rope gripping spring in a state where the movable side gripping shoe does not contact the rail detachment detection wire rope, A rail-off detection device for an elevator, further comprising a latch release interlocking member for causing the latch of the gripping mechanism to disengage from the movable lever in conjunction with the rail-off operation of the rail-off response mechanism.
