-Technical background- The painting of the shaft of coated chopsticks is done as shown in Figure 10.
This is done by inserting a chopstick 11 into a through hole 10 with a scraper 69 in the paint tank 3 and pulling it out. The chopsticks 11 inserted into the paint tank 3 are filled with paint 7.
It is painted while being soaked in water, and when it is pulled out from the through hole 10, the excess paint is scraped off by a scraper 69. The through hole 10 is open when the chopstick 11 is not inserted, but highly viscous paint will not leak from the small through hole 10, and if there is a risk of leakage, it will be kept in the paint tank 3. Negative pressure is applied to prevent leakage.

-Conventional techniques and problems- Conventionally, painting was done by inserting a chopstick 11 into the through hole 10 of the paint tank 3.
Because it is very time-consuming, we put chopsticks 11 before painting first.
As shown in Figure 1, the paint tank is planted in advance on a pallet 9, and the paint tank is provided with a large number of through holes 10, and by moving the paint tank 3 forward and backward, a large number of chopsticks 11 can be inserted.
A device is in use that allows the coating to be applied all at once. However, with the conventional device having the above structure, it takes time and effort to plant the chopsticks 11 on the pallet 9.
Attempting to automate this process had the disadvantage that the equipment would become extremely complex.

-Means for achieving the purpose- The most important features of the automatic painting device of this invention are:
After the paint tank 3 is rotatably mounted and the chopsticks 11 are pushed into the paint tank 3 from the side, the paint tank 3 is rotated so that the through hole 10 faces downward, and the chopsticks 11 are pushed downward from the paint tank 3. The structure is such that it can be pulled out and planted directly on the pallet 9.

An unloading conveyor 8 is provided below the conveyor 6, and on the unloading conveyor 8, as shown in FIG. It is mounted in an accurately positioned state. Unloading conveyor 8
corresponds to the lifting and lowering movement of the conveyor 6, the pallet 9
It is designed to be driven toward the arrangement pitch P of the upper support hole 50. In the illustrated embodiment, a connecting rod 54, a bell crank 55, and a driving rod 56 are connected to a lever 53 extending from a driving shaft 51 of the conveyor 8 via a one-way clutch 52, and the driving rod 56 is used to raise and lower the conveyor 6. The drive rod 56 extends vertically along the path, and is inserted into a through hole 57 provided in the frame 35 of the carrier 6. A stopper 58 is fixed to the upper end of the drive rod 56. The structure is such that the carry-out conveyor 8 is driven intermittently using the vertical movement. Of course, the carry-out conveyor 8 may be provided with an independent motor, and the carry-out conveyor 8 may be driven intermittently in accordance with the up-and-down movement of the carrier 6 by electrical control.

-Effects of the Invention- Therefore, according to the coating device of the present invention, a large number of chopsticks to be coated can be easily aligned, and the mechanism of the alignment device is simplified. Furthermore, since the removal of the chopsticks from the paint tank and the planting of the chopsticks onto the pallet can be performed in one direct operation, the movement of transporting the chopsticks within the coating equipment is simplified, and therefore the equipment The structure is simplified and the reliability of operation is improved. Therefore, by adopting the configuration of the present invention, it is possible to easily realize a fully automatic painting device with a simple structure and high reliability, which can paint the shafts of chopsticks without any human intervention. There is.
