体を鋳造などの手段によつて製造せねばならない

は差込式管継手本体2のフレア部2aの外周に装
着されたグリツプリング4をその内周面で保持す

ない部分の外径より大きくなければならず、また
移動爪5dのU字型の内径は薄肉金属管1の外径
より大きくなければならない。

入し、次いで該差込式管継手本体の拡管終了部全
周をその外形状とほぼ合致した内形状を有する二
ツ割状のグリツプリングで保持し、該グリツプリ
ングを押圧工具のU字型の固定爪で保持しておい
て前記収縮リングを押圧工具のU字型の移動爪で
差込式管継手本体側に押圧して差込式管継手本体
の端部を縮径させてその縮径部で差込式管継手本
体と薄肉金属管とを密着せしめることを特徴とす
る薄肉金属管の差込式接合法。 2 二ツ割状のグリツプリングにヒンジ部で連結
