Reference numeral 11 denotes a double rod cylinder which is disposed at an intermediate position between the two cylindrical bodies 3 and 3' and is attached to the base frame 1 via support legs 12, and piston rods protrude from both sides of the rod cylinders 11. 1
At the tips of 1a and 11a', piston members 13 and 1
3' are fixed respectively to the piston members 13 and 1.
3 is provided to be able to slide inside the cylinders 3, 3', and on the back side of the piston members 13, 13' there are covers that can open and close the supply ports 3a, 3a' of the cylinders 3, 3'. With the members 14, 14 attached, the shot material flowing into the cylinders 3, 3' from the collection hoppers 6, 6' through the discharge ports 7, 7' is discharged by the piston member by the operation of both rod cylinders 11. 13,1
3', it is pushed out and moved within the cylindrical bodies 3, 3' toward the distal end side. 15, 15' are electromagnets wrapped around the outer circumference of the tip sides of the cylinders 3, 3';
When the electromagnets 15 and 15' are excited, the electromagnet 1
The shot material 16, 16' that has been conveyed and moved within the cylinders 3, 3' to the positions corresponding to the positions corresponding to the positions corresponding to the positions 5, 15' is solidified, and when the electromagnets 15, 15' are de-energized, the shot material 16, 16' is 16, 16' are now in a fluid state again. With this structure, in the state shown in FIG. 1 when the piston rod 11a moves to the left (left side when facing FIG. 1),
In the shot blasting device on the right side, the shot material projected by a projection device (not shown) passes through the grid plates 9, 9', flows into the cylinder 3 through the small holes 5a of the gate plate 5, and enters the supply port. When it is full around 3a, the electromagnet 15 is demagnetized and both rod cylinders 11 are activated to move the piston rod 11.
a moves to the right, and the shot material 16 filling the vicinity of the supply port 3a in the cylinder 3 is pushed out and moved to the right by the piston member 13, and the electromagnet 1
By the excitation operation in step 5, it is magnetized and brought into a solidified state. At this time, the supply port 3a is closed by the cover member 14, and the shot material is transferred from the collection hopper 6 to the cylinder 3.
It does not flow inside. Next, the electromagnet 15'
is demagnetized, and both rod cylinders 11
is actuated to retract the piston rod 11a and slide the piston member 13' to the left inside the cylinder 3'. The shot material 16' that has flowed into the cylinder 3' is pushed out to the left inside the cylinder 3' by the piston member 13', and is magnetized and solidified by the excitation of the electromagnetic force 15'. be done. Subsequently, the electromagnetic force 15 is demagnetized, and both rod cylinders 11 are activated, again.
By moving the piston rod 11a to the right, the new shot material near the supply port 3a that has flowed into the cylinder 3 from the collection hopper 6 is pushed out to the right and the shot material has become fluid due to the demagnetization of the electromagnetic force 15. The material 16 is extruded and transported into the transport pipe 2. Thereafter, the electromagnet 15 is energized again to solidify the new shot material, and both rod cylinders 11 are operated to retract the piston rod 11a and move the piston member 13 backward to the left. Thereafter, repeat the above operation.

From the above explanation, it is clear that according to the present invention, since the recovered projectile material is transported through a sealed cylinder, there is no possibility that dust will be generated or the projectile material will fly out during transportation. Also, since the shot blast material is transported using pipes, it can be transported both horizontally and vertically, making the entire shot blasting device more compact, simplifying the structure, and making maintenance and inspection easier. This has the effect of making it easier to operate, and the effect of contributing to this type of industry is significant.
