【発明の詳細な説明】 従来、中小規模上水道や簡易水道の小口径(φ
50m/m)以下の埋設管路においては開閉用器具
としてTIS規格青銅スリスゲート弁を用いている
もので、スリスゲート弁の周囲には適当な弁筒を
設置し、上面に規定の鉄蓋を装着してスピンドル
上端の開閉ハンドルを保護しているものである。
しかし管路の埋設深度は国県市道では管表面より
路面までは1.2m占用許可条件となつており、従
つて開閉時には開閉機を挿入してハンドルを操作
しなければならず手間を要すると共に長期間の内
には弁筒内に濁水、土砂が流入して開閉ハンドル
が腐蝕消滅して開閉不能となる場合も少なくな
い。

ンド漏水が発生しても保護管を利用してパツキン
押えナツトを締付けして掘削を必要とすることな
く容易に漏水を防止し得る等を特徴とするもので
ある。

ピンドル軸5を上方へ延長設したために弁筒11
の蓋12を開いて直ちに開閉ハンドル8を把持し
て簡易に開閉作動をなし得るものである。しかも
弁筒11の蓋12より内部へ濁水や土砂が流入し
てもスピンドル軸5や開閉ハンドル8が直接汚染
されることなく、開閉ハンドル8の腐蝕消滅を防
止し得るものである。またグランド漏水が発生し
た場合には、蓋12を開いてスピンドル軸5上端
より開閉ハンドル8を取外し、ボツクススパナを
スピンドル保護パイプ7の上端に嵌着させて回転
させながらパツキン押えナツト6を締付けして容
易に漏水防止をなし得るものであり、水道管10
等の維持管理に手間を要することなく容易化し得
る等、前記した様な顕著な諸効果を奏するもので
ある。
