In conventional compression clamps for retaining ACSR, TACSR, etc., when the steel sleeve of the steel clamp and the aluminum clamp body are sequentially compressed in the forward direction, that is, from the clamp to the wire extension direction, cracks occur between the aluminum wires near the tip of the aluminum clamp body. .
In order to prevent this problem, the steel core 3 of ACSR is inserted into the steel sleeve part 2 at the tip of the steel clevis 1 as shown in FIG. 4 to the steel sleeve opening 5 to retain the steel core 3, and then the aluminum wire surrounding the steel core is inserted into the opening 7 of the aluminum body 6, and then reduced compression, that is, from the opening 7. The compressed portion 9 is sequentially compressed from the periphery in the direction of the clevis base 8 to form the tip 10 of the aluminum body 6.
extends along the semi-conical part 11 connected to the clevis base 8 and comes into close contact with the clevis base 8.
At this time, there are manufacturing tolerances for the electric wire and the aluminum body, and there is no means to accurately measure the elongation of the aluminum body when it is compressed, so the compression of the aluminum body relies solely on the skill of the worker, which results in variations. When the above-mentioned compression is completed, there may be a gap between the steel clevis and the aluminum body because they do not come into close contact with each other, or the side surface of the aluminum body and the base of the clevis may come into close contact with each other by the final compression of the aluminum body. Defects will occur.

In order to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has provided a plurality of marking lines in a conical shape connected to a steel clevis of a retaining clamp in response to elongation of the tip of the aluminum body due to multiple reverse compressions of the aluminum body of the retaining clamp. A method for compressing an anti-laughing type retaining clamp, which is provided on a shaped part, and sequentially reversely compresses the aluminum body so as to correspond to the plurality of marker lines, and compresses the aluminum body so that the tip of the aluminum body comes into close contact with the base of a steel clevis. It is.

To explain this in detail with reference to Figs. 2 and 3, Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the clamp, and the same reference numerals as in Fig. 1 indicate the same parts, 12, 13, 1.
Reference numerals 4 and 15 indicate a plurality of marker lines that are attached to the conical portion 11 connected to the base 8 of the clevis 1 when the elongation of the tip 10 due to the sequential reverse compression of the aluminum body 6 is as calculated.

FIG. 3 is a front view of the aluminum body 6, in which compression position indicating lines 12', 13', 14', 15', and 16' are provided in parallel on the compression part 9 according to the compression order, and the compression part starting point The compressed part between and indicated line 1' is a, and the compressed part between the next indicated line 1' and 2' is b.
The following compressed portions are similarly referred to as c, d, and e.

Next, the portion b up to the marking line 13' is compressed so that the tip 10 of the aluminum body 6 reaches the marking line 13. Below, compress multiple times in the same way and finally specify line 1
The pressure portion up to 6' is compressed to bring the tip 10 of the aluminum body 6 into close contact with the base end 8 of the clevis without any gap.

When compressing with the specified compression force, there will be slight variations due to the tolerances of the wire retention clamp and the aluminum body, so if the tip of the aluminum body does not reach the specified marking line, the compression width should be adjusted at the next compression. Increase the number of compressions by compressing smaller parts and overlapping parts, and when the tip of the aluminum body exceeds the specified mark line, increase the next compression width and reduce the number of compressions to get as close to the mark line as possible. Perform compression to match.

The method of compressing the anti-laughing type retaining clamp of the present invention is to sequentially reverse compress the aluminum body of the retaining clamp multiple times according to a plurality of marking lines previously provided on the conical part connected to the clevis base. The distal end of the main body can be easily brought into close contact with the distal end of the main body without any gaps, and this also prevents water from entering, so it is extremely effective in allowing stable use over a long period of time.
