BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as an applicator for powdered cosmetics, a woven cloth having long piles, a sheet made of a foamed material, and the like have been frequently used as an application base material. A core body is inserted inside these coated base materials. This core is used to enhance the elasticity of the applicator when it is used and to prevent the applicator from becoming sagging. The material used for this core is synthetic resin foam, rubber foam, non-woven fabric, etc. A block-shaped porous material is used.

That is, first, the application base material, napped woven fabric or flocked sheet, is punched out into the desired shape, and the two punched sheets are cut out so that the napped or flocked sides, which will be the application surfaces, are on the inside (i.e., the middle surface is ), and the peripheral edges are sewn using a sewing machine to form a bag shape. At this time, a part of the peripheral edge is left unsewn to serve as an opening for turning over the coated base material. The core is placed on the coated base material, and the coated base material sewn into a bag shape is passed through the opening together with the core and turned over to expose the coated surface. Alternatively, as described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-42533 as a conventional example, after the coated base material is turned over, the core body is inserted into the inside of the bag-shaped coated base material from the opening of the coated base material. . Then, finish by sewing the unsewn parts (mouth closing process).

It is simply wrapped in wood.

If the core is uneven, the puff may feel uneven when applying the cosmetic, resulting in a poor usability. In particular, after the puff has been washed, the center core becomes noticeably uneven, making the puff uncomfortable to use, and in some cases even making the puff completely unusable due to the center core being uneven.

First of all, in order to bond and fix the coated base material and the core body, before inserting the core body into the coated base material, a liquid adhesive is used to connect the coated base material and the core body. I tried to fix it. In this case, both the coating base material and the core were porous, and the adhesive penetrated into the interior of both, making it impossible to obtain a thick film and achieving good bonding and fixation. I tried increasing the amount of adhesive, but the adhesive seeped onto the surface of the application area of the base material and partially solidified, resulting in poor performance as an applicator. As described above, it has been found that it is difficult to bond porous materials together using ordinary liquid adhesives.

合良くできなかつた。 Next, the present inventor adhesively fixed the core to a bag-shaped coating base material in which the peripheral edges of two coated base materials were sewn together with a part of the coated base materials overlapped. I tried using a pressure-tack type adhesive. In this case, the pressure-sensitive adhesive type adhesive did not cause any oozing phenomenon, unlike liquid adhesives. However, since the coated surface is the front side, when the bag-shaped coated base material is passed through the opening and turned over, the core fixed with the adhesive may peel off when it passes through the opening. Alternatively, at that time, the surfaces of the core body coated with the pressure-sensitive adhesive adhered to each other, resulting in the core body becoming dango-shaped, resulting in poor results.

The present invention has been made in view of these backgrounds, and the purpose of the present invention is to solve the problems of conventional puffs of this type. To provide a cosmetic puff that can always maintain good usage conditions over a long period of time without changing its position, and that does not cause changes in the core even after washing the puff. .

In the present invention, two coated base materials are joined with their peripheral edges folded inward to form a bag shape, and a core made of a porous material is inserted inside the bag-shaped coated base material. The above object is achieved by a cosmetic puff in which the inner surface of the application base material and the core are adhesively fixed with an adhesive having a relatively high viscosity.

As described above, in the puff of the present invention, the coating base material and the core are fixed with adhesive, so the core does not move even when the puff is used, and even when the puff is washed. It also does not lose its shape. In addition, since the puff of the present invention uses an adhesive with relatively high viscosity,
The adhesive does not penetrate into the coating base material or the core, and therefore a puff of stable and good quality can be obtained.
