Description
本発明は、粉石けんを使用し易くした便利な脱
水洗たく機に関するものである。
粉石けんは低温の水には溶け難く、従つて脱水
洗たく機において粉石けんをそのまま直接内槽に
入れ、それが完全に溶けないままで洗たくを行な
うと、内槽の外側に石けん粉が付着したまま残
り、それによつてカビ等が発生し、これが依類に
再付着して逆に洗たく物を汚してしまう恐れがあ
つた。そこで、従来は粉石けんを一旦湯に入れて
よく溶かしてから脱水洗たく機に使用しなければ
ならず、粉石けんを使用し難いものであつた。
本発明はこのような従来の問題点を解消するこ
とを目的として提供されたものである。
以下、図面を基に本考案の一実施例について説
明すると、第1図及び第2図において、1は洗た
く機本体、2は該洗たく機本体1内に設置された
脱水受筒、3は洗たく兼脱水槽となる内槽で、脱
水受筒2内に回転自在に設置されており、該内槽
3には低部中央にパルセータ4、周壁面に多数の
脱水孔5、上端開口縁部に脱水中の振動を少なく
するパランサー6が夫々設けられている。7は駆
動用モータで、ベルト伝動機構8及びクラツチ機
構9を介してパルセータ4及び内槽3を駆動可能
としてある。脱水受筒2はサスペンシヨン10に
より洗たく機本体1に吊下げて防振支持されてお
り、この脱水受筒2に排水電磁弁11を介して排
水ホース12が接続される。洗たく機本体1の上
部には蓋13を開閉自在に取付けた上層部14が
設けられると共に、該上層部14の一部に、一連
の洗たく工程を電気的に制御するタイムスイツチ
15、湯専用の給水電磁弁16、水専用の給水電
磁弁17、内槽3内の水位を検知する圧力スイツ
チ18、蓋13の開閉に連動する蓋安全スイツチ
19、湯水を切換える切換スイツチ20等を配し
たパネル部21が設けられる。タイムスイツチ1
5はその内部にタイマーモータ22と、これに連
動して第3図に示すプログラムに従つて動作する
カムスイツチT1〜T5と、一定周期で反転を繰り
返すカムスイツチT6を有する。23は電源、2
4はコンデンサである。なお切換スイツチ20は
次表に示すような接点動作とする。

弁16が通電され、湯と水との混合水を内槽3内
に給水する。切換スイツチ20の接点S1がOFF
になつていると、水専用の給水電磁弁17のみが
通電され、水のみを内槽3内に給水する。ここで
湯専用の給水電磁弁16のみ動作させなかつたの
は、粉石けんを溶かすにはあまり高い温度の水を
必要としない為である。規定量の水が内槽3内に
給水されると、圧力スイツチ18がNCからNOに
切換わる事により、駆動用モータ7及びタイマー
モータ22が通電され、反転カムスイツチT6に
従つて駆動用モータ7は一定周期で反転し、パル
セータ4を正逆転させながら洗たくを行なう。排
水時には、電源22→カムスイツチT1→圧力ス
イツチ18のNO→カムスイツチT4のa→カムス
イツチT5のbを介して排水電磁弁11が通電さ
れ、脱水受筒2内の洗たく水を排水ホース12に
より機外に排水する。すすぎ時も洗たく時と同様
に、切換スイツチ20の接点S2がONのとき湯と
水との両方を、接点S2がOFFのとき水のみを
夫々給水する事が出来、従つて切換スイツチ20
の接点S1,S2の設定により、ぬるま湯で洗たく及
びすすぎを行う場合、ぬるま湯で洗たくし水です
すぐ場合、水のみで洗たく及びすすぎを行う場合
の3通りの切換が可能となり、粉石けん等の利用
に非常に便利かつ効果的である。
湯専用の給水電磁弁16と駆動用モータ7とが
並列回路となるように短絡する短絡スイツチ25
を設け、そのボタンを押している時のみ該短絡ス
イツチ25が短絡するように構成すると、湯の注
水途中でも粉石けんを入れて駆動用モータ7に通
電可能となり、パルセータ4を回転させることが
出来る。また粉石けんが溶けた後に切換スイツチ
20をOFFすることにより不要な湯を節約出
来、省エネルギーの面からも非常に望ましい脱水
洗たく機が得られる。
本発明によれば、洗たく及びすすぎ時に、タイ
ムスイツチ及び切換スイツチにより湯と水とを適
宣選択して給水することが出来、従つて粉石けん
が内槽内でよく溶けるので、粉石けんの使用が非
常に容囲になり、その実用的価値は極めて大であ
る。
また本発明によれば、ボタンを押しているとき
のみ給水電磁弁と、駆動機構の洗たく機駆動用モ
ータとを並列接続し、これによつて洗たく工程の
給水時のみに駆動用モータを動作させて、内槽内
の液を攪拌するための短絡スイツチを設けている
ので、洗たく動作時に先立つて確実に粉石けん等
の洗剤を溶かすことができ、しかも内槽内に液が
ない状態で、誤つて短絡スイツチのボタンを押し
ても駆動用モータは動作せず、衣類の損傷を確実

電磁弁を有し、タイムスイツチ及び切換スイツチ
により洗たく及びすすぎ時に、湯と水とを選択し
て給水出来るようにするとともに、ボタンを押し
ているときのみ給水電磁弁と前記駆動機構の洗た
く機駆動用モータとを並列接続する短絡スイツチ
を設けたことを特徴とする脱水洗たく機。1.
