【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明はゴム板に関するものであり、加硫ゴム
粉末にバインダーとしての加硫可能な未加硫ゴム
配合物を混合した組成物Aと加硫可能な未加硫ゴ
ムシートBとを被着積層し、同時に組成物Aとゴ
ムシートBとを加硫成形したものであり、加硫成
形後の組成物Aの見掛比重が0.6〜1.2としたゴム
板である。その目的とするところは、クツシヨン
性、保温性、防音性をもつたゴム板を得ることで
あり、床に使用した場合その特徴が生かされる。
又本発明のゴム板に化粧板等を積層する事により

いる加硫ゴム粉末は、望ましくはタイヤ粉末であ
るが、CR、SBR、EPT等の工場廃棄物でよく、
特殊な場合はスポンジ粉末を使用しても良い。加
硫可能な末加硫ゴムシートBは安価なゴムでもよ
く、その場合、加硫成形後組成物Bの上に化粧板
を積層することもできる。又色ゴム又は模様入り
ゴムを使用した場合にはそれをそのまま表層に使

し床材として使用した場合下地モルタルが硬化す
る前に置き合せていくことによりアンカ効果で接
着剤なしに下地と固定することができる。このよ
うにしてできた床は、安価でありクツシヨン性、
保温性、防音性、強度、耐水性等のすべてを満足
