この発明は永久磁石を利用した係合具であつ
て、その組付け性が良好であると共に使用時にお
ける係合を円滑なものとし、しかも磁気記録部分
の破壊事故等の特に少ないようにした係合具の開

(従来技術)

は非鉄金属系のものを使用し、しかも磁着脱自在
に当接される雄具の当接端面を平坦面状としたも

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)

つて、係合時において係合雌具の当接端面を雄具
の係合桿によつて擦り、雌具表面に往々にして擦
過傷が発生すると共に磁石特有の磁力線による磁
気的記録の破壊等予期しない多くの不都合を生じ

一方の磁極面aに吸着される強磁性板3とからな
る係合具であつて、前記強磁性板3から突設され
る強磁性突起3aが前記孔1a内で他方の磁極面
bに取付けられる強磁性板2又は該強磁性板2か
ら突設される強磁性突起2aに着脱自在に吸着さ
れ、前記一方の磁極面aが該一方の磁極面aの周
側より前記孔1aに向けて緩かに傾斜する凹球面
とされ、且つ前記強磁性板3が該強磁性板3の周
側より前記強磁性突起3aに向けて緩かに傾斜す
る凸球面とされ、前記一方の磁極面aの凹球面と
該強磁性板3の凸球面とが密着して吸着される係
合具において、前記永久磁石1と強磁性板2とが
筒状をなす合成樹脂ケース5内に該永久磁石1の
前記磁極面aを該合成樹脂ケース5の上部筒縁よ
り内方に位置させて嵌着され、前記磁極面aの凹
球面に前記強磁性板3が磁気的間隙を残すことな

ンドバツグ、衣服、ネツクレス等の係着手段とし
て利用するために第1図乃至第4図に示すものの
ように両面粘着テープ等をもつて直接取付基板上
に止着し、折曲脚7a,7aを有する座金7、圧
潰カシメヅケに供される漏斗状あるいは有底漏斗
状をなすカシメ管6を強磁性板2,3にカシメヅ
ケ、ロウヅケ、スポツト等の溶接、螺子着等の適
宜の方法によつて止着するようにしている。(第
5図乃至第6図)
尚、一方の磁極面aに強磁性板4を添装して永
久磁石1の磁力線を遮蔽し、磁気テープ等の磁気
的記録の破壊防止を更に強化する場合もある。

本発明に係る係合具は叙上のように特長ある構
成、特に永久磁石1の外周面に所要厚幅の磁気的
間隙を作出する筒状のケース5を設け、しかも永
久磁石1の一方の磁極面aを凹球面に構成して、
この一方の磁極面aをケース5の上部筒端より内
方に位置させたので永久磁石1の磁力線による各
種の事故、例えば磁気テープ、磁気カード等の磁
気的記録部分の破壊、強磁性突起2a,3a以外

面と該強磁性板3の凸球面とが密着して吸着され
る係合具において、 前記永久磁石1と強磁性板2とが筒状をなす合
成樹脂ケース5内に該永久磁石1の前記一方の磁
極面aを該合成樹脂ケース5の上部筒縁より内方
に位置させて嵌着され、前記一方の磁極面aの凹
球面に前記強磁性板3が磁気的間隙を残すことな
