る。 Industrial wastewater, especially wastewater mixed with oils and fats, or wastewater from industries that use a large amount of oils and fats on average, such as household kitchens and restaurants in cities, such as Chinese restaurants, is a wastewater that contains oils and fats, soaps, etc. Cleaning agents mixed together become a semi-solid grease-like substance, or suspended scum becomes chaotic and mixed with other insoluble particles and solid waste, making it unclean. When this water is directly discharged as sewage, it flows into rivers and the sea, causing damage to the people who use this water and causing pollution, which worsens the environment. In particular, wastewater mixed with oils and fats is usually difficult to clean, so most of it is currently discharged with grease and scum mixed in, causing damage to various areas and creating an unsanitary environment. There is.

様である。 Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. There is an inlet 2 for waste liquid at the upper part of the side wall 25 of the rectangular box-shaped tank 1, and an outlet 3 at the lower part of the other side wall 26. The tank is partitioned by a fixed partition plate 4 in the center, with a settling chamber 5 on the inlet side and a chamber 6 on the outlet side, with lids 7 and 8 attached and removed separately. A rail crosspiece 10 having a longitudinal groove 9 is fixed to both sides of the sedimentation chamber 5 in the direction of the flow path, and there is a gap between the partition plate support 16 of the rail crosspiece and the tank bottom 12.
It serves as a liquid passage 13. A partition plate 15 with a catch 14 fixed thereto is inserted into the vertical groove 9 of the rail crosspiece,
The lower end of the partition plate 15 is connected to the partition plate holder 1 of the rail crosspiece 10.
6, and the partition plate 15 can be moved up and down in the vertical groove 9 and can be attached and detached. Between the partition plate 15 provided in the settling chamber and the fixed partition plate 4 in the center of the tank,
This is a precipitation side chamber 17. At the bottom of the inlet 2 in the settling chamber 5, there is a catch 11 and a partition plate 15 on the side wall 25.
An angle 18 corresponding to the catch 14 is fixed, and a wire mesh frame 19 is placed between the catch 14, the catch 11, and the angle 18. The wire mesh frame is made by pasting a wire mesh 21 of 70 to 90 meshes made of wire such as stainless steel onto a rectangular frame 20 made of a metal angle rod, and the flange 22 at the upper end of the rectangular frame 20 is connected to the receiver 14 and the angle 18. The wire mesh frame 19 is suspended by being engaged with the frame, a handle 23 is attached to the collar 22 of the frame, the lid 7 is removed, and the frame 19 can be taken out from the sedimentation chamber 5 for washing or repair. The handle 24 of the lid 7 is attached as appropriate, but in this example, a U-shaped handle is loosely inserted into the lid so that it can be retracted from the lid, and the handle 24' of the lid 8 is also the same.

In addition, the liquid that gets caught in the wire mesh and becomes slag, and the liquid containing oil particles and fine solids is filtered and becomes liquid W 2 , which undergoes the first filtration and enters the sedimentation side chamber 17 from the lower passage 13. The liquid level gradually rises and flows into the chamber 6 from the upper edge 29 of the fixed partition plate 4 located slightly below the center. In addition, an air pipe (not shown) is inserted into this settling chamber to allow air to flow through it to generate aerobic bacteria, which decompose and purify organic matter through the action of microorganisms, thereby preventing the emission of bad odors. .

ことができるようにするものである。 As seen in FIG. 1, in the chamber 6, both sides of the partition plate 4 extend to the upper part, and the upper part is open from the upper edge 29 in the center. 34' is a screen facing into the room, and inside along the edge line of the lower edge 29 of the opening part 35 of the partition plate located between both side plates, a diagonal support plate 30 is placed inside the mounting plate 31 on both sides. A frame crosspiece 32 with a wire mesh 33 attached thereto is obliquely tensioned on the support plate 30, and the upper part of the frame crosspiece is attached to the side plate 3.
4 and 34' to form a body frame 27. A single body or a combination of bodies 38, 39, 40 are mounted obliquely on the body rack, and triangular wedges 36, 36' are loosely inserted between the left and right sides of the front body and the fixed partition plate 4. The wedges 36, 36' can be taken in and out continuously by a handle 37, making it convenient to remove and replace the bodies, and press each body during operation to prevent the bodies from moving or separating. At the same time, a gap is provided between the liquid and the partition plate 4, the upper part of which gradually becomes wider, so that the liquid can successively overcome the clogging area caused by the residue and perform a sufficient overaction. be.

The body 38 is made of a wooden rectangular frame 41, with a slightly coarse nylon cloth 42 stretched on one side and a cotton cloth 43 on the back side.
The body 39 is made of a wooden frame 44 and both sides thereof are covered with slightly coarse tough paper 45, 46. The frame 40 is made by covering both sides of a wooden frame 47 with fine-mesh tough paper 48, 49 or cloth, putting cotton scraps, sawdust, nonwoven fabric, etc. inside, and mixing a small amount of super-aiding agent 50 such as a surfactant. 排水する。 Here, from the precipitation side chamber 17 to the fixed partition plate 4
The first liquid W 2 flowing into the chamber 6 from the opening 35 over the lower edge 29 of the opening 35 flows into the body 38 ,
39 and 40, the second liquid W 3 accumulates in the chamber and is discharged from the outlet 3. The above bodies may be used singly or in combination depending on the properties of the waste liquid.
In this example, the three types of bodies mentioned above are used, and the purifying ability is improved as much as possible. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the liquid W 2 from the settling side chamber 17 passes through the nylon cloth and cotton cloth materials 42 and 43 of the body 38, and the residue accumulates on the nylon cloth surface and the cotton cloth surface. The water W 2 ′ passes through the next body 39 and passes through the tough paper materials 45 and 46 of the body 39 to capture residues m 3 and m 4 , and the water W 2 ″ passes through the next body 4 .
Go to 0. In the body 40, front and back cloth or tough paper 4
8 and 49 are filled with super-assistant 50,
Most of the fine suspended matter and particles in the water W 2 '' are adsorbed, and the water W 3 is purified and discharged as almost clean water. 38, 39, 40 are the body racks 2 in the chamber 6
7 is placed obliquely, so as the filtration continues, the amount of residue in each body gradually increases and becomes a thick layer, so the overcapacity of the part where the residue accumulates decreases and water cannot pass through. The amount that can be used increases gradually. This means that the waste water level in the settling chamber and the settling side chamber gradually rises to a level line 28 at the bottom of the inlet 2. In such a state, the body has almost no capacity to perform its function, so the lid 8 is opened, the body with the residue is removed, and the body is disposed of and incinerated. It is desirable that each body be made of wood to facilitate this incineration.
Then, if necessary, the retaining plates 51, 5 at the lower part of the room are installed.
1', the partition plate 52 is loosely inserted so that it can be moved up and down, attached/detached, and replaced, and an appropriate cleaning agent or dispersant such as diatomaceous earth, activated carbon, activated clay, asbestos, or surfactant is applied between it and the fixed partition plate 4. Prepared water
W3 is further converted into clean water W4 , and the partition plate is opened to drain the water.
