置自体を簡便にし、ワークの加工仕様にも広範に
対応できるように即ち、ワーク内部の縦、横の曲
率半径に合わせて簡単に調節できるように、又、
綾杉の形状についても綾杉の縦、横のピツチ、溝
角度等の調節、変更が簡単にできるように構成し
て経済的な価格で高能率加工、省力化に貢献する
綾杉加工機として開発したものである。

設定することができる。このチヤツク2のワーク
1の取り付け面に対向して配設されるルーターヘ
ツド7と倣いヘツド6から成る倣い装置は第3図
にその平面図を第4図に倣いヘツド6の一部展開
縦断面図を、第5図にルーターヘツド7の一部縦
断面図を示している。その構成は、スライド板8
に前後に所定の間隔で垂直軸9,10を立設し、
垂直軸9に回動自在に軸支される軸受ハウジング
11と一体のフランジ12の下面には揺動リンク
13の一端を回動自在にピン接合し、軸受ハウジ
ング11に回動自在に係合したホルダー底板14
とこのフランジ12とを同底板14の所定の位置
に垂直軸9を中心とする円弧状の長穴部15にお
いて開き度調節自在にボルト16で一体に接合
し、ホルダー17にはカツター18を装着したル
ーターヘツド7をその水平軸が垂直軸9と交叉し
矢印イ方向へ左右移動自在に搭載し、一方、ルー
ターヘツド7と所定の間隔に連接される倣いヘツ
ド6はその水平軸がルーターヘツド7の水平軸の
存する平面と同一平面上にあつて垂直軸10と交
叉するように配列され、第4図に示すように垂直
軸10に回動自在に軸支される軸受ハウジング1
9に一体のフランジ20の下面には平行リンク機
構を構成するように揺動リンク13の他端を回動
自在に接合し、軸受ハウジング19の上部ではス
タイラス21を回動自在に軸支したホルダー22
を矢印イ′方向へ左右移動自在に係止している。
次に第3図に示すように水平軸を回動中心とする
スイングアーム23の回動中心が、ルーターヘツ
ド7及び倣いヘツド6の水平軸が存する平面上に
あつて且つこれ等の垂直軸9,10間を結ぶ直線
と平行に位置して機枠の前後のフレーム24に固
定した軸受25によりスイングアーム23を回動
自在に軸支し、スイングアーム23の前後のアー
ム26を連結する連結杆27にはスライド板8を
第5図に示す矢印ロ方向へ左右位動自在に係止し
ている。スイングアーム23は第1図に示す流体
圧シリンダー28により回動軸29,29′を中
心に所定の速度でスイングされる。テレプレート
30は倣いヘツド6の揺動中心である垂直軸10
