弾性シート11を円筒状に曲成し、その内側およ
び外側に流動化した樹脂を注入して弾性層13

が用いられる。金型19には円環状の凹陥状20
が形成されている。この凹陥部20の幅Wは金属

状に丸め、上記金型19の凹陥部20に挿入する
と、弾性シート11の復元力によつて金属線材1

加熱硬化させることにより樹脂は弾性シート11

ように、このブラシ体14をその弾性復元力に抗
して拡開し、その内側に回転ブラシ本体18を圧
